Hotellet er absolut pengene værd, personalet er servicemindede og høflige. Dog er morgencomplet dog faldet i kvalitet de sidste 5 år. |

Personalet var yderst behjælpelige og meget hurtige til at få fixet problemer Bedre badeværelse, koldt og i meget ringe stand. Elevator larmede meget og lige udenfor 'vores' dør |

Receptionisterne var arrogante da vi ville skifte til et værelse med dobbeltseng, og det krævede en stor diskussion at få det ændret. Personalet virkede generelt ikke imødekommende. |

The room was tiny, unsafe as window onto fire escape did not close! When moved was moved to room at the lift-very noisy. School party running about corridors unsupervised for half the night. No air conditioning!! |

The front staff was reasonably friendly and helpful, including the porters who were very accomodating with luggage storage and handling/ The parts of the hotel I saw wer very worn and tired, The suite in the basement were dirty, worn carpets and moldy. |

The room was clean and the hotel is well connected by public transport. The staff was very helpful. The first night we were put in a microsize room in the basement. Not a very happy experience. Following our request the manager agreed to give us a bigger room on the fourth floor which was nice. |

Very clean room and large by London standards. Really close to two tube stops with different lines. Excellent value for the price. Lack of air conditioning. |

We love the location and the friendly staff. Would be nice to have free internet wifi for hotel guests. Small lifts and cramp corridors. |

Good staff. Nice breakfast. Good location Bar staff should attend to customer instead of doing paper work. The barman greeted me but continued shuffling papers rather than taking my order |

Its location, near underground stations and a bustling shopping and restaurant area is excellent. The room was tiny, in the basement and very susceptible to noise from adjoing rooms |
