Staff very helpful, location excellent
Rooms very small, fabric in bedrooms very tired and tatty
The room was too small... I could barely fit with 2 luggage. The water in the shower was really cold and i had to wait 15 minutes. The internet was really bad. The hotel is like a labyrinth, you can get lost really easy. The toilet was 2m2 maximum, you could barely do the basics. The sink in the toilet was reaaaalllyyyyy small... Value for money.
Some of the staff were very helpful. Nasi lemak was fantastic. Location is superb.
Charging for luggage storage.
Very clean comfortable beds
Not happy with hair in bathtub, but as we used shower, not a big problem
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Ideal location for both business and pleasure as it is next to two tube stations and bus routes.
I stayed in a double classic room. It was clean and tidy with everything you would expect from a 3 star hotel. Decor was a little tired.
Building was leaky. Bathroom was really really small. And the wifi is really annoying
This is just fair deal.
I counldnt tell whether do i like the hotel, but within that value of money in that city center location, there are the only chain hotel. First thing if you dont mind the size of the room and toilet, other i cant express it in words!!!
Great location. Great price. Extremely helpful and polite staff
Needs a bit of painting inside and a few knocks/scratches seeing to

Excellent and helpful staff. Very helpful in changing rooms from the first one allocated -- because it was too small for a couple. Staff also helped us book our shuttle service, the next morning, to Heathrow.
Bathroom too small.
Rooms are very small
Location which is very close to food outlets, supermarkets & other facilities one may need.
Good size room, very clean great location
Nice TV in the room.
The fire alarm going off at 1AM - and the alarm was so loud it could wake a dead person! I have never heard a fire alarm in the room being so loud.
Location is excellent. A minute's walk to the tube.
The rooms and toilets are too small and cramped for comfort. You can hardly navigate your way without knocking into something. Furniture and carpets were dated and needs a change.
berdekatan dengan metro station & halal food
Having been travelling for about 10 days prior to arriving, Berjaya Eden was a pleasant surprise for us. Room was great, clean but a bit tight for a family of say, 4 but it was enough for us). Food was nice, reminded us of Malaysia & the price are similar to outside restaurants. Facilities were great too. All in all, highly recommended.
The walls were pretty thin. We could here people walking outside our room. It was unfortunate that we had a VERY noisy neighbor for the duration of our stay (banging doors late at night, screaming etc.), but thats not the hotel's fault of course.
Great Location, nice staff. very close to the tube, and the bus stations, also very near to Sainsbury's and a collection of very nice resturants. So basiclly you can get what every you need.
The size of the rooms. are really tiny. try asking for a near elevator room if you are planning on some shopping, because the halls are so tiny, even for your bags. They charged me for keeping my bags in store to a couple of hours after checking out...not much by i never encounterd such a thing anywhere i've been before.
bed, location, good heating.
i dont like your lift, too small. I also find it difficult to find my room, very confusing, like maze runner.
Room temperature- mid December with the window open and still to hot to sleep
