Perfect location, just a few minutes walk from Queensway and Bayswater Underground stations, the neighbourhood is lovely and quiet. The room was clean, warm and spacious. I would recommend not choosing a basement room - they're a bit claustrophobic.

Queensway & Bayswater metro ( tube ) stations are very close. Walking distance to Oxford Street( 15-30 mins). Price is affordable. Room cleaning service is good. Bathroom is very small but not bad comparing with London standards. If you ask an Ironing machine for using at your room they give you a good one. Heating system is good. Internet is too expensive for me. 24Hrs 15pound 1hour 6 or 9 pounds. Too much noise due to technical work. I don't recommend Floor b ( rooms starting with 17 18 19) There are refurbished rooms and the others. Ask for the refurbished ones if possible. Tv channels are not satisfying. I stayed in a refurbished room but small tube tv and few channels. I felt like I was in Antartica.

Very conveniently located just in front of the Bayswater underground station. Few stops to London downtown, Earls Court exhibition centre, 3 different underground lines available (piccadilly, circle, district). Staff very nice and ready to help Very good price thanks to booking.com; it would have been unaffordable if booked directly at full prices A little bit too noisy Does not provide free use of internet at in-house pc workstation. Charges 7 GBP foe 1 hour connection!!! Never seen anywhere else in Europe... Also leaving our luggage for 2 hours on check-out day had a price (1 GBP), which is not much but I expect it to be a free service provided by the hotel (it doesn't have a real cost for the hotel)

Location (really near to the subway station and a nice neighborhood), nice room and decoration The room was small, you have to pay a lot if you want wi-fi access and the breckfast they offer was pretty expensive. Nice hotel, but it should be a little bit cheaper

Helpful dining staff and porters. Great location. I had a group and the purchase of breakfast coupons was awkward. Also, the front desk staff did not seem to know London well. They could not answer basic questions tourists ask.

Location is fantastic! One step to two tube stations, food street, bars and many supermarkets. However, room is a bit small though. Besides, they have the smallest elevator and most puzzled corridor I have never ever seen before. Lol, maybe all these are also worth seeing when you travelling alone in London, a dreaming city full of possibilities...

Location, near to two tube station Rooms was very small, extremly small, like in prison. In toilet you can barely stand, old furniture and the walls are so thin that you can hear every noise from neighboring rooms. Whole hotel is like a pyramid with many small hallway that I had lost every time Except location everything else is not worth the money.

The location This hotel has to sides. The average and the bad. There is some rooms refurbished and old ones. We stay in a old one, where you have to wait 10 `mn to flush again, with a hole in the matress, a small tv ... It´s true that the good location is important, but even so, the area is quite dodgy, and would not recomend it. The staff were average. Bad choice!

I am doing a course that needs me to be in London for weekends. I got a great late deal on this hotel and it was comfortable, clean and ambient. My room was tucked away quietly in the basement but looked out onto a terrace. The bathroom was small but I was so pleased to get a room with a proper bathroom at such a low price £50 per night. I would definitely look out for good deals at this hotel. It was a bit further out of central London but a 15 minute walk through Hyde Park got me to Marble Arch. This was a lovely way to start an intense day of training! Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The bathroom was small but adequate

Location, location, location !!!!!!!! My 3rd visit and would stay again if request for room allocation granted ............. some rooms extremely small and not enough room to to move around in ....let alone room for luggage. My room 303 ....... I had to step over my suitcase on the floor to get to the drapes for closing at night. If you had FLAT SCREEN TV'S on the wall and removed that bit of furniture ..... it would give move room ...... also a small bar sized refridgerator would help to store fresh milk. The refridgerator would fit under the desk. Staff very accomodating and helpful

The twin room was pretty large for the price and location, and first I decided to stay there regularly, though the corridors were unbelivably tiny and tight, even the lift was so ridiculously petite that two people couldn't stay normally there. For the price of £129 I expected another level of comfort. Ok, I've bought it with discount for £89, but it doesn't worth even £89 without discount. But then we discovered the bloked washbasin in the bathroom and dirty white net curtains. The duvets were very thin and I had to ask two extra, but was given only one in disgasting stains. Why most of hotels always stupidly have two extra pillows in the wadrobe but never extra duvets? The tabs in the bathroom were impossible to use because the system of switchig hot and cold water is very confusing, but there is no manual in the room. I had to go out, wet and cold, dress up again and call a staff. There were no telephone number of reception, and what was shown on the phone itself were wrong. The single glazing is a problem in this noisy area, it creates draughts too. But as I guess it is a common problem of all buildings in the street. For the ambition of being a four star hotel and declared price of £129 (breakfast not included) it was not a value at all. The Hotel just has to reduce prices if it will have a constant visitors.

It was close to shops, restaurants, tube station, hop on hop off bus station. Everything was close by and we were never short of food, most importantly Halal food. We felt like at home. Though it was cold outside, the room remained warm, comfy and bathroom was clean and comfortable. We were given a very nice classic double room. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to london!!
