Room decor, the old worn out beds, heating that couldn't be turned down, rooms smelt of smokers, dirty upholstery due to wear, Image of room on web is totally misleading |

I liked nothing about this hotel. and would not return there. The room I stayed in on the first night was cold because the bed was right up to the window and the window was old and broken. I put the spare pillow on it to block the breeze. A very uncomfortable night. Moved the next day to a better room, but there was a terrible humming noise, however I did sleep the second night from sheer exhaustion. |

The rooms are very clean The only problem was the small space in the bathroom. If we were a bit bigger we would not be able to fit in the bathroom... |

Very good location Lots, complete waste money. Poxy dungeon like room in bowels of hotel, shoddy decour, got no sleep all night due to endless noise from pipes and water system everytime someone somewhere in the hotel flushed to loo. Do not waste your money |

Staff were very friendly and helpful; we were upgraded to a Suite which was very comfortable. The service and food was of a very high standard and the location of the hotel convenient. |

The location was perfect and so easy to find. Welcomed by a lovely log fire on a cold evening was the perfect way to start our short break. I have already recommended this charming little hotel to friends and I will most certainly stay here again. |

The staff was nice. The room was smaller than a box room and the shower could hardly fit in one person. |

The room was very spacious compared to most of the other hotels in the area. It was well decorated and modern. The restaurant serves great food. The wi-fi should not be charged. The channels on the tv were not all showing. The floors are creaking. The hallways are very narrow. |

staff was very good- I had some problems with noise from the boiler and they changed my room in no time with a higher class one for no extra charges the hallways were not properly kept clean; some guests were very noisy at 4 in the morning and no one did anything about it |

The hotel is very well positioned being close to 2 tube stations and local shops. The room was comfortable and clean. My room was near the lift and fire door which made it quite noisy during the night especially when the quests in the neighbouring room had an argument late at night. |

Location Location Location!!! The hotel's location is the best thing, it is located just across the street for Bayswater tube line (circle and district lines) and 200 meters from Queensway tube line (City line). It is very accessible for all London's attractions at all tube lines. Furthermore, it is 250 meters from Hyde Park. The rooms are clean and well commodious (I read many bad things about rooms sizes in London's hotels, this is not the case!). Hotel staff is kind and willing to help in any question. Bottom line: Mostly recommended, best value for money! |

First impressions were good although we were only there for one night as we were in London for a show. T The breakfast was reasonable, there was a disfunctional period between service and buffet style breakfast. In our room whilst good the carpet was torn due to the bed sections not being joined together properly, this would be an easy fix to cure and enhance the room. |

Excellent location. Very close to 2 subway stations and lots of restaurants just steps away. The room was clean. The shower was very disappointing. Way too small (barely fits a child) and water was dripping only, not to mention No hot water on the first night! My husband had to use cold water to finish his shower! The hot water was on again on the second night. |
