Berjaya Eden Park Hotel

Sijainti oli todella hyvä, Kensington Garden ja Palace kävelymatkan päässä, samoin esim. Portobello Road ja Bayswaterin kauniit talot ja asutusalueet.Asiakaspalvelu vastaanotossa suhteellisen hyvä ja sain tarvittavia neuvoja.

Aamianen joka aamu sama, tarjoilijat saivat ylimääräisen hässäkän aikaiseksi ja puutteita aamiaspöydässä oli koko ajan. Huoneet aivan liian pieniä, samoin sängyt. Pyynnöstä huolimatta ei kahden hengen huonetta erillisillä sängyillä saatu järjestymään. Aamiastarjoilijat eivät asiakaspalvelusta tienneet mitään.

Hinta-laatu suhde kohtuullinen. Perushotelli perushinta, ok sijainti.

Huonetta ei saatu ajallaan, n. tunnin odotus. Ja lähtöpäivänä siivojat koittivat tulla kahteenkin otteeseen siivoamaan huonetta ennen check-out:tia.

Hotel has good location and conection to the City, to Paddington station and from there to the Heathrow Airport. Rooms and the facilities are clean and not so smal as they can be in simmilar hotels in London.

An excellent, centrally-located hotel at a very cheap rate, the Berjaya is a good choice for an overnight stay.

I think that staying in this hotel is a little bit a kid of a lottery. You can get a nice quiet room or you can get room next to the elevator and that would be nightmare because the elevator makes horrible noise.

The room is clean and well managed.

I liked nothing about this hotel. and would not return there.

The room I stayed in on the first night was cold because the bed was right up to the window and the window was old and broken. I put the spare pillow on it to block the breeze. A very uncomfortable night. Moved the next day to a better room, but there was a terrible humming noise, however I did sleep the second night from sheer exhaustion.
