Friendly and helpful service, reasonable price, also for breakfast; I would recommend the hotel to the cost-conscious traveller. I like that each room has a safe given the price class.

Architectural features typical of the cheaper Central London hotels Management cannot easily change, like the size of the rooms and especially the bathroom, although I may have gotten the smallest room as I reserved with very short notice.

The only problem was the small space in the bathroom. If we were a bit bigger we would not be able to fit in the bathroom...

Small corridores and staires until get to the room.The walls are quite thin and you can hear too much from other rooms.A pipe line was near to my room and quite noisy. There was no digital TV.

Staff were very friendly and helpful; we were upgraded to a Suite which was very comfortable. The service and food was of a very high standard and the location of the hotel convenient.

The very fact that it is near the station, complete with amenities around the corner.

The hotel is very well positioned being close to 2 tube stations and local shops.The room was comfortable and clean.

My room was near the lift and fire door which made it quite noisy during the night especially when the quests in the neighbouring room had an argument late at night.

Location Location Location!!! The hotel's location is the best thing, it is located just across the street for Bayswater tube line (circle and district lines) and 200 meters from Queensway tube line (City line). It is very accessible for all London's attractions at all tube lines. Furthermore, it is 250 meters from Hyde Park. The rooms are clean and well commodious (I read many bad things about rooms sizes in London's hotels, this is not the case!). Hotel staff is kind and willing to help in any question. Bottom line: Mostly recommended, best value for money!

Excellent location. Very close to 2 subway stations and lots of restaurants just steps away. The room was clean.

The shower was very disappointing. Way too small (barely fits a child) and water was dripping only, not to mention No hot water on the first night! My husband had to use cold water to finish his shower! The hot water was on again on the second night.
