Ett OK hotell om man inte vill betala alltför mycket och nöjer sig med ett litet rum att sova i. Bar och restaurang funkar. Frukosten helt OK. Pyttelitet rum. Knölig säng. Otäta fönster. Lyhört. Hiss för endast två personer åt gången. Våldsamt varmt i vissa rum. Kallt och dragigt i andra. |

Att man kunde boka in maten I priset och läget mysigt men litet hotell Att vissa marträtter tog slut och var även slut dagen efter så det blev svårt att välja mat |

Bra läge nära Hyde Park. Överraskande bra frukost. Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Helt okay badrum med badkar(!) Bekväma sängar. Dålig ljudisolering. Otätt fönster. Skulle inte bo där om det var minusgrader och snålblåst. Extrasängen dög åt en tioåring men knappast åt en fullvuxen. |

Hotellet är billigt och fungerar bra om man bara ska sova där. Bra också med bar på hotellet. Otroligt varmt på rummet, tots att vi stängde av värmen. Sängarna var inte vidare bra. Frukosten ingick inte i priset längre, vilket den gjort tidigare år. |

I liked nothing about this hotel. and would not return there. The room I stayed in on the first night was cold because the bed was right up to the window and the window was old and broken. I put the spare pillow on it to block the breeze. A very uncomfortable night. Moved the next day to a better room, but there was a terrible humming noise, however I did sleep the second night from sheer exhaustion. |

Very good location Lots, complete waste money. Poxy dungeon like room in bowels of hotel, shoddy decour, got no sleep all night due to endless noise from pipes and water system everytime someone somewhere in the hotel flushed to loo. Do not waste your money |

Small corridores and staires until get to the room.The walls are quite thin and you can hear too much from other rooms.A pipe line was near to my room and quite noisy. There was no digital TV. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful; we were upgraded to a Suite which was very comfortable. The service and food was of a very high standard and the location of the hotel convenient. |

The location was perfect and so easy to find. Welcomed by a lovely log fire on a cold evening was the perfect way to start our short break. I have already recommended this charming little hotel to friends and I will most certainly stay here again. |

The staff was nice. The room was smaller than a box room and the shower could hardly fit in one person. |

The room was very spacious compared to most of the other hotels in the area. It was well decorated and modern. The restaurant serves great food. The wi-fi should not be charged. The channels on the tv were not all showing. The floors are creaking. The hallways are very narrow. |
