the apartment had all the ammenities need for a long stay. though close to airport, if you closed the window didn't really hear the planes. many local buses accessible within walking distance, and short ride to Heathrow airport for planes and public trans to central London. the cleaning staff did not take care of the room. the walls were thin, lots of noise from neighbors. convience to airport misleading - although it advertised a shuttle, the front desk could only suggest taking the Ariel Holiday Inn hopper that cost 4 pounds, and only found out about that after an expensive call from the airport payphone. |

The receptionist, Liz, from the Phillipines was excellent, so helpful and professional. The size of the apartment was good; the location was excellent; the apartment was very quiet and well set-out; beds were extremely comfortable. Maintenance issues: security lock to building enry broken; bathroom shower handle very difficult to turn; no bath anti-slip mat; heated towel rail not working; two lightbuilbs not working; shower curtain stuck to body when showering: needs a glass/plastic screen instead |

Bed was very comfortable. They ordered a taxi to take me to the airport. The guy on reception came right up to help me when I could not work the tv. Apt was very warm which was great.nice & quiet. The apt. Smelled slightly of stale smoke. No elevator. |

The apartment was very spacious, well supplied and very clean. Staff people were helpful in arranging reliable cab service the next morning. The website made it easy to compare the rental rate with the cost of hotels just slightly closer to Heathrow. We chose this facility. No ice available. Restaurants and grocery stores were a fair distance away. Requested but did not receive a wake-up call. |

Close to Heathrow but quiet and good rate Advertised free broadband interent connection but it wasn't working and staff would not fix it - yet it was one of the main reasons I chose the hotel. In-room hotel brochure stated many digital TV channels were available but with the exception of BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, CH4 and CH5 and Sky News none were |

size of apartment was good, facilites were what you needed, private courtyard, excellent staff, it was cery quiet considering it's proximity to heathrow's runway little things not working or missing such as the shower was cold no matter what you did, drawers in teh wardrobe broken, fan hood above cooker didn't work, cabinet doors would stay open about 3 inches, just enough to catch your clothing, there were burns in the carpet from the a hot iron, the sofa bed was uncomfortable(it could have used a new mattress), inadequate bedding on the main bed |

I liked the fact that I could cook for myself. The studio was large and bright, with plenty room for just me. |
