I have stayed at this hotel many times before, i was not happy with the fact i was charged £105 for such a standard room, with a kitchenette with some appliances not working and pots and pans missing. This room on your website is worth approx £70 the cheapest. And i paid £105 more then what the most expensive room is. I was not happy with my recent stay. Also we was not impressed with the room alarm going off just before 10am. If we had, had a small child this alarm would have been a nuisance e to the child. I thought i was paying for a apartment which had a separate kitchen as this is something we always book with berkley. When asked to be moved to another room, the reception was not very helpful, simply telling us this is all we had. I feel i have been robbed of my money.

Spacious, well decorated, extremely comfortable self-catering apartment just perfect before flying as located so close to Heathrow. Loved all the thoughtful extra touches. Well done! We will definitely stay with them again! The only negative would be if staying for longer, couldn't open the wardrobe door properly due to the proximity of the bed and the bedroom door, the latter could not be closed.

Have stayed before and like the freedom of serviced apartment. Maintenance person working in the room when I arrived. No ironing board and shower that didn't work. I raised this with receptionist the following morning and got an 'ah, thank you'. Worst stay I've had there.

The conveniences of home while on holidays The 15-minute wait to be served and the fact that the staff looked like they were working in a prison; not ever smiling. Their customer service was dearly lacking.

The cleanliness of the apartment was excellent. It was very spacious, comfortable and homely. There was a very tranquil atmosphere. It was quiet and peaceful - no noise/disturbances. There was a tv in the bedroom and living room which worked fine. The staff at the reception were very helpful and informative. We noticed that a packet of crisps had been spilt on the entrance into our block and when we informed the reception they responded immediately and the corridor area was cleaned. I would definitely recommend to others and come back myself. There is no lift in out block so we had to climb 2 flights of stairs.

Apartments are spacious and the staff is great. I requested for early check in and was told no problems. The location is OK - it takes around an hour to get to the London central and that is the only downside *but* this place is good if you are looking for value and spacious place to stay. To get to London central - walk to the bus stop (5 min) take bus to Honslow west, take tube (Paddington line) .... costs #10 from Airport to the apartment...buy the #8 tube pass a day before so you dont have to spend money on the bus ticket. There are no shops in the vicinity It takes 1 hour+ to get to London central

Apartment was immaculately clean, nicely fitted kitchen, lounge furniture practical rather than very comfortable. Very secure area, felt safe and staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend to travelers, so much nicer than a hotel room.... tv in bedroom weirdly placed on wall, difficult to see from bed

Having a apartment and not a hotel room for a resonable cost. Michal could not do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Running out of hot water with only 3 inches of water in the bath and it would not reheat, you should not use a off peak boiler as there could not be any hot when you receive the apartment.

The gentleman on reception the night we stayed was extremely helpful. The cab driver couldn't find the hotel so we rang the hotel and he directed the driver by phone. We had to get to heathrow terminal 5 early the next morning and when we checked out he had printed out map with bus numbers and timings for us. The location was excellent for airport connections so was perfect for us, however is miles from the city. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed and was very quiet considering how close it is to the airport. Was a bit pricey for an overnight airport stopover but hey, it's London. It was considerably cheaper than other airport hotels though.
