Supplies for Coffee/ Sugar/ Milk/ Buiscuits just enough for one day. If you stay any longer, you must buy your own.

The apartment we got was spacious and clean; the kitchen was fully equipped. The location is very good (for Heathrow), and surprisingly very quiet. There's free Wi-Fi. The rates are great for what you get..

The bed was only double-width - a wider bed can greatly increase comfort.

No dishwasher was available in our apartment, although it is mentioned in the advertised equipment.

Very good place to stay for family. Spacious room, with comfortable furniture. Small, but very well equipped kitchen. We were enjoying our staying.

Poor light in bathroom, not possible to do makeup. Lack of table to eat, however is desk, but only with one chair. Nearest shop around 15-20 min by walk.

Nice quiet rooms, not sure how, even with triple glazing. However we were at the rear of the hotel away from the airport. Actually enjoyed going for a walk to listen to planes taking off, quite exhilarating.

A charge for parking of £8, I think should be part of room hire, as it is in many places.

One staff member in particular was very helpful. Beds very comfy. Nicer than most airport hotels rooms at the same price, nice to have kitchen facilties, though I didn't use them.

Only negative was the strong smell of curry still lingering in the kitchen from the previous occupants.

Fantastic location for London and Heathrow Airport and there is a free bus to the terminals or you can get a hopper bus from the hotels nearby for 4 pounds fifty. Lovely studio which was not at all small. Quiet and clean.

Ar Heathrow was advised to take a bus to reach hotel. Although I had the printed address and map the bus driver did not know where the hotel was located and turned me off the bus (114) in the dark. I finally got a cab who knew where I needed to go and after about a mile I was there fare 12 pounds.
