The reception staff were excellent and the room most convenient. Thank you

the apartment had all the ammenities need for a long stay. though close to airport, if you closed the window didn't really hear the planes. many local buses accessible within walking distance, and short ride to Heathrow airport for planes and public trans to central London.

the cleaning staff did not take care of the room. the walls were thin, lots of noise from neighbors. convience to airport misleading - although it advertised a shuttle, the front desk could only suggest taking the Ariel Holiday Inn hopper that cost 4 pounds, and only found out about that after an expensive call from the airport payphone.

The receptionist, Liz, from the Phillipines was excellent, so helpful and professional. The size of the apartment was good; the location was excellent; the apartment was very quiet and well set-out; beds were extremely comfortable.

Maintenance issues: security lock to building enry broken; bathroom shower handle very difficult to turn; no bath anti-slip mat; heated towel rail not working; two lightbuilbs not working; shower curtain stuck to body when showering: needs a glass/plastic screen instead

convenience to Heathrow

size of apartment was good, facilites were what you needed, private courtyard, excellent staff, it was cery quiet considering it's proximity to heathrow's runway

little things not working or missing such as the shower was cold no matter what you did, drawers in teh wardrobe broken, fan hood above cooker didn't work, cabinet doors would stay open about 3 inches, just enough to catch your clothing, there were burns in the carpet from the a hot iron, the sofa bed was uncomfortable(it could have used a new mattress), inadequate bedding on the main bed

the lack of sufficient items like mops and extra sheets to change and clean the place properly, had to use same sheets for six nights.

Closeness to Heathrow

Very noisy staff while they were working on other rooms.I wanted to rest in from a long trip and another long trip coming up, but they banged doors and talked loudly continuously

Very clean, we would have stayed longer than the one night but it wasn't available for our whole stay

Convenient location to Heathrow. Friendly and courteous staff.

No hot water as the hot water system failed!! This was very poor and considering the long haul flight from Australia it was most inconvenient. Although the night manager arranged for my use of another apartment for a shower, the hot water system in that room was also not working.
