The hotel offers friendly and efficient service and a level of comfort that makes a business trip feel at least partly relaxing. |

The receptionist that checked me in was very welcoming and made me feel at ease, her initiative to hand me a map without me asking first allowed me to plan my tour the next day. The hotel may be quite small but the design was very modern made the maximum use of space, as well as very clean. I will definitely visit Bristol again and would definitely stay in this hotel again. |

The personal attention we received, and the effort to move us to a more suitable room was pleasing. The decor was a conversation piece - there were some excellent art works, it's just a shame that I did not have the funds to purchase one or two of them! |

The restaurant and food were excellent. Very quirky interior and nice touches to all the downstairs areas. Near main Bristol shopping area. We had 3 single rooms and my friend had no heating in hers, although they did bring her a small heater. Just odd things in the bedroom that needed slight repair or replacing. |

The room was very nice and comfortable and the hotel itself was beautifully decorated. Staff had no deaf awareness at all. I had to explain to them that I cannot hear the fire alarm and that they would have to tell the night porter to make sure I was alerted in the event of a fire alarm during the night. |

Convenient for my business stay. Fire alarm at 11.00pm was handled well. Was unable to utilise my corporate rate with Clifton hotels because I had to book on line on Sunday night. We either have a corporate discount or we don't? Nothing tells you it is not available if you book online. I am still the same person. So having filled this lovely questionare out I am still of the view that you ripped me off!! |

Girls on reception were very helpful/pleasant I had expected to stay two nights but at 11.30 am on the second morning my plans had to change. I checked out before 12, my room had not been done and yet I still had to pay for both nights. I think if the room was rebooked by someone else on the Saturday night when I didn't use it myself , I should be reimbursed |

The staff were fantastically helpfull and friendly. Location for my trip was perfect. Easy to find and get to and from it to other places. The phone in my room was not working - I had to use my mobile to call room service. There are also a few chipped and damaged tiles in the bathroom... A minor flaw, but after everything else being so good and every other detail being looked after, then perhaps a few slight repairs would have made it look and feel absolutely perfect. |

Some of the staff were excellent, the night service was very good, the feel of the hotel was relaxed and friendly, the food was very good. We arrived at 12:30, and could not gain access to a room to get changed. This applied even if we left it until 1:15. We were going to a wedding, and had to get changed in the public toilets, not good. I accept this was before the official check in time, but I would ahve expected more flexibility. |

The room was bright and clean, there was fresh fruit every day, a working window and a fan kept it comfortable, the shower worked well and the water was hot. The restaurant was excellent. We also enjoyed the artwork on display. There was confusion for several days about my booking although I had written confirmation. (The staff generously made up for this by not charging us for breakfast.) The mattress was somewhat uncomfortable. The offerings for the continental breakfast were very limited. |

Small but cosy rooms with all the required amenities, including a small fruit basket. Good breakfast. Breakfast room was probably too small! |

Small details as providing a cafetiere with coffee on top of the tea usually supplied in hotels in the UK. I would have liked to know in advance that there is a CD and DVD player available in the room. |

The staff where absolutely incredibly helpful and went out of their way to help us in the least. We arrived late one night and were going to go out to get pizza, but the receptionist called a local restaurant (that doesn't normally deliver), and they said they could deliver for us. The hotel itself is right n the centre of the best area for art and shopping in Bristol. |

Staff very helpful and friendly. Very clean and facilities good, great location I stayed in the single exec room - much smaller than I expected! aned not that comfortable wouldn't pick that room again. Would say to ask for a room at the front not back overlooking bar |
