Novotel London St Pancras

very convenient location, very friendly and helpful staff, clean, very good value for money booking through booking.com. We will go back if we can get the same good value

The staff is polite and helpful, rooms are ok, facilities to make tee in the room, very close to St Pancras (Eurostar) and a underground (and busses). I would recommend this hotel.

I don't think this is a 4 star standard. Even though this is a new building the rooms were a bit small and the deco was really 3+ stars at best. Breakfast is just to expensive, there are many options in the area which are significantly better priced

The location was brilliant within easy reach of the train and underground stations. Hotel room was very comfortable and very clean. Would stay at this hotel again

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and tea/coffee making facilities were very welcome as even a simple breakfast seemed very expensive.

The fact that the light switches could not be reached without gettting out of bed (the bedroom must have been designed for a bigger bed than ours or else 2 singles originally ) and also the bathroom was in need of a revamp - tiling, grouting etc. OK hotel for 1 or 2 nights only.

Very comfortable bed and quiet room. Within easy walking distance of St Pancras Railway Station for Eurostar.

We had to queue for about five minutes to book out. There were initially only two check-out desks working although someone eventually came to man a third. The man behind the desk handed us a receipt from the shared printer without checking whether it was ours - which it was not! This could have been a problem for the business woman whose receipt it actually was when she came to claimimng her expenses.

It took 3 attempts to get a second spare pillow- why aren't there two spare pillows in twin rooms?

A Hotel that read and delivered on my Booking.com extra instructions. Ask for a room high up and not only will you get great views but you'll have peace and quiet from the London traffic.You will not get a better hotel location for Eurostar St Pancras.

Great hotel, fabulous looking, really clean and well kept, choice at breakfast was unbelievable!

The location is perfect - just by St.Pancras,Euston and Kings Cross railway stations and well connected on the underground.The hotel is smart and clean, modern but comfortable with good sized rooms.

There is little lounge space and the hotel has a business rather than leisure feel. Price was fine for weekend but much more expensive during the week which has previously put me off to use it.

Breakfast room very crowded with large group. Some noise at 2 am from other guests who were partying and woke us.We have used this hotel often and suggest that you reserve a quiet corridor for mature guests like ourselves.

Very little. The hotel is well situated for Eurostar and well appointed but staff were absudly unhelpful and amateurish

I booked a twin room. When I arrived I was told only a double was available but there was a bed settee in the room but it would take a while to get housekeeping to see to it. I expressed dissatisfaction but was told that the online booking system had not been working properly.
