Very good location I was on the 8th floor street side; Surprisingly ot was noisy, I heard the street, the cars etc. At the end of the day a good hotel is about two things: a good bed (yours is excellent) and silence. It is very annoying of you cannot sleep as it is too noisy. |

The hotel is situated at a convenient location but not too busy or noisy. The hotel room is clean and tidy. I would prefer to have breakfast included in the room rate. The washing basin in the toilet in the room is too small and shallow. |

I was surprised to find a Nespresso machine in my room. That was great.. i am a Nespresso addict. The room was on the 15th floor and was very calm. The panoramic elevator is a nice touch. The staff was very friendly. The room service food munu was not that good. They need to add some more items and some more seafood and veg. dishes. |

Good comfortable rooms. Lifts are a problem and needs to be addressed. Waited more than 20 minutes at times for a lift. |

Locality is near St Pancreas International train station and has good tube connections for traveling around London. The air conditioning in my room 309 was practically non-existent. I complained, a service guy came by but insisted the air-con was working and that was as good as it gets. It was unacceptable. I was booked to stay for two days, but I departed the hotel the next day due to poor air conditioning and a hot room. |

Location was central, easy to locate and access venues, shops, tourist sites etc. The staff particularly made our stay a posotive experience - we had arrived after along flight from Australia and the reception staff offered to find an avaialble room two hours before the check in time. This was most welcome - other staff also very helpful when we left bags after checking out. |

Liked the fact it was so central and ideally situated for Eurostar the next day. Also love the British Library so ideal! I like the fact that the hotel is big, easy to access everything and has very comfortable high standard rooms. |

I asked for 2 rooms next to eachother but since this was not possible I received an upgrade for the parents' room without any charge. The first breakfast was offered in another room than the normal breakfast lounge. This room was not very inviting and we asked not to have breakfast anymore in that room. |

The location was fantastic and so central. Although our room was facing busy Euston Road we did not hear the noise from the passing traffic. |
