The hotel was ideally situated as we were catching the Eurostar to Brussels on the Friday morning so we wanted somewhere convenient. It took rather a long time to book in as the member of staff did not appear to have a record of my booking! |

The hotel is comfortable and friendly and extremely convenient for trains, tubes, etc. It was frustrating not to be able to use the internet in my room as my laptop is apple. |

efficient cheerful receptionists - only one bathrobe was 'permitted' per double room! we had none, and when we went to ask she told us only one allowed but she would see what she could do, and on our return we had been provided with 2. Room service swift and efficient, room fairly soundproof, plenty of room for clothes and good workspace, and it was clean, all facilities provided, coffee, iron etc, good fog-free mirror in bathroom, excellently situated for St Pancras, Kings Cross and Euston, all staff we came into contact with were helpful and friendly, I would say this is more of a business hotel and as such would seem to be a good place to stay Not much really, Towels too small for the quality of hotel they are trying to aspire to, shower not very good, quality of soap shampoo etc not good, but if they are aiming at business guests then I don't suppose it really matters, we didn't use the bar or restaurant so cuoldn't comment |
