Very conveniently located next to Kings Cross/St Pancras station, since we travelled by train from the Netherlands. We got a great room with a view on the 12th floor. Smooth check in and out, very accommodating staff.

Clean, convenient to Eurostar, nice sized room. Concierge was not well informed about plays, seating etc. Also when we asked for a taxi a non-indefinable taxi was called which charged $10 more than a black taxi on the return trip.

The location is perfect for going around town, traveling outside London & taking the Eurostar. The room is big enough for a couple with a kid. If you don't like air-conditioning, you can open the window. In general, quite comfy. The mattress is too soft.

An excellent hotel within easy walking distance of Kings Cross. The room was very well equiped, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The coffee machine was a very nice extra and the coffee was delicious. Hotel breakfast was very good and staff were very attentive - a definate repeat visit expected!!

We were lucky to have a room on the side of the hotel, meaning quiet and with a beautiful view. The hotel itself is well located and all london is easily accessible from the underground from the hotel.

We were warmly greeted by Fabricio who congratulated us on our anniversary, we were upgraded to a room with a view. The staff couldn't have been more helpful the hotel and room was spotless, we had a few drinks in the bar before going to our room and the glasses were squeaky clean and sparkling (no watermarks my particular pet hate!!). The public toilets were also immaculate, I would highly recommend to a friend and would be happy to return.

I appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the exacting service they provided. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding and the food offered was high quality. As a disabled person my needs were met and I was treated with dignity and respect.For me it was perfect and I highly recommend this hotel. It was perfect.

1. Location 2. Some staff very helpful 1. No hot water in the morning! 2. Impossible to call them prior to arrival as their phones weren't working. 3. Kitchen closed early. 4. Trouser press in room didn't work - receptionist didn't seem bothered when I mentioned it.

The hotel was a short (5 min) walk from Euston. The entrance is on a side road on the far side (with Euston behind you). The lobby and staff were lovely. The hotel was quiet. My room was very nice. It was clean, nicely decorated and had the usual tea & coffee-making facilities. The room had its own heating/cooling control panel. The wifi was not free. I could not figure out how to browse TV channels (unless choosing by name) and whether there was a charge for using the TV (I'm sure there isn't but one of the options on the in-hotel TV menu was ambiguous).

The hotel is modern without being sparse. It is comfortable, clean and friendly. There is nice buzz in the lobby without being too noisey. I've stayed a number of times and am satisfied with the service, location and general ambience. The lifts can be slow sometimes when on, for example, 9th floor and guests need to go down to the lobby.

It was a great location, the staff are fantastic and very helpful, nothing was to much trouble We felt that the room size could have been better (a little larger) but then we went to Paris! Now we think the room size was fine : }

Clean, good breakfast, no fuss. Delay in getting room key issued (computer problems). When given key we were not informed what floor that our room was on. Before i could ask the gentleman at the desl had turned on his heels! Took a guess we were on the 12th floor. Lifts were not always working.
