仕事で行く場所がとても近かったので便利であった。また朝食の環境が、食事の内容も含めてよかった。

家具などがぼろぼろだったこと。壁が薄いこと

ユーロスターを使うなら、駅から徒歩2分で非常に便利、早朝に乗るなら尚更です。TUBEも6ライン使え、- ピカデリーラインなら中心まで一気に出ることができ便利です。ホテルはシンプルでさっぱりとした広めのビジ- ネスホテル、ツインベッドのシングルユースの場合、お部屋も広めでバスルームも清潔です。JSTVも入りま- す。特にビジネス使用の方にお薦めですが、観光でも使いよいと思います。

駅からも近くたいへん便利。中も改装されたばかりで快適でした。

旅行社への観光の取次ぎをお願いし予約を取り次いでももらいました。その数分ごに予約をした観光のアイテム- を変更お願いしましたが、予約済みでありキャンセルは出来ないと断られました。旅行社にとって旅行そのもの- をキャンセルしていないしアイテムの変更程度ならサービス業としては当然ではないか？知人に聞くとキャンセ- ル料云々ではなくてその担当者が変更する手間を面倒がっている。イギリス人はその傾向あるととのことで、日- 本人としてはサービス業なら手間を惜しまないのが本来のプロの仕事と思いますが・・・

Pancras駅の発着でロンドン観光を楽しむ人にはロケーションが素晴らしい。金額も良心的。また朝食も- バラエティに富んで美味しかった。

The staff is polite and helpful, rooms are ok, facilities to make tee in the room, very close to St Pancras (Eurostar) and a underground (and busses). I would recommend this hotel.

I don't think this is a 4 star standard. Even though this is a new building the rooms were a bit small and the deco was really 3+ stars at best. Breakfast is just to expensive, there are many options in the area which are significantly better priced

The location was brilliant within easy reach of the train and underground stations. Hotel room was very comfortable and very clean. Would stay at this hotel again

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and tea/coffee making facilities were very welcome as even a simple breakfast seemed very expensive.

The fact that the light switches could not be reached without gettting out of bed (the bedroom must have been designed for a bigger bed than ours or else 2 singles originally ) and also the bathroom was in need of a revamp - tiling, grouting etc. OK hotel for 1 or 2 nights only.

Very comfortable bed and quiet room. Within easy walking distance of St Pancras Railway Station for Eurostar.

We had to queue for about five minutes to book out. There were initially only two check-out desks working although someone eventually came to man a third. The man behind the desk handed us a receipt from the shared printer without checking whether it was ours - which it was not! This could have been a problem for the business woman whose receipt it actually was when she came to claimimng her expenses.

It took 3 attempts to get a second spare pillow- why aren't there two spare pillows in twin rooms?
