Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was a problem. We asked for a quiet room and got one. Excellent breakfast and we appreciated the voucher for the restaurant where the bar meal was also exceptionally good.

Could perhaps be a bit more environmentally/ethically friendly but otherwise we liked everything.

My husband and I stayed twice at the Pullman and were extremely satisfied both times. The service is absolutely outstanding, rooms are clean as a whistle, quiet, with all modern conveniences. There was really nothing we could gripe about in the least. The hotel is one block from the St. Pancras station, so very convenient for using the Eurostar and many other national trains that start and terminate there. (As an aside, we looked into using the huge Victorian era hotel right at St. Pancras and decided against it due to some rather dodgy reviews on TripAdvisor. So glad we went to the Pullman because we could not have been happier with the entire experience.) Both times we stayed there, we needed to store our luggage for half a day, and the front desk was, as usual, beyond helpful. I must add also that the wait time at the desk was either nonexistent or under two minutes every time we needed anything. Restaurants, markets, everything we asked about was answered without hesitation and without resorting to Google. The breakfast buffet is excellent and worth every penny. Very gracious and accommodating service, always with a smile. Our experience at the Pullman London St Pancras was excellent in every respect, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

The location is fantastic! 5 mins away from St. Pancras train station and King's Cross. All rooms clean and spacious. Delicious breakfast. Excellent, friendly service.

Wait for lifts (made slower because one was out of service) Shower drain was not coping

The location next to kings cross Tube stn. Easy access to the city centre and nightlife.

There is no proper concierge facility for a hotel of its type. Whatever was there was incorrect information. Was duped by there taxi service. Paid GBP 22.5 fora trip to Liverpool street Stn in a merc which I never asked for . A meter black cab would have done this for 12 quid on a Sunday morning when I travelled.

Big rooms, and super friendly staff. Great breakfast.

Minor problems, remote control TV wasn't working very well. Airco difficult to operate...
