The room was comfortable, with carpet, and free wifi access.
A bit cold, and we were at the ground floor.
I didn't like much about my stay The wi-fi worked that's all I can think of. It was cheap enough...but for what price?
When I went to the room The lock was faulty and I couuld not get in. There was a knack to opening the door which could only be achieved by the staff, as they must have been used to it. When I tried a second time the key broke (metal fatigue I would guess) why didn't they just get a new lock? The room was literally filthy. I can put up with dirty but this looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. I was there 2 days but no-one entered the room except me during this time. The decor was bad, there was an exposed cable trunking on the wall by the window (room 18) the furniture cheap, one of the drawers in the cabinet didn't have a bottom panel and there was nowhere to hang clothes. I slept with my clothes on in the cold room as I felt sure I would be bitten by something if I didn't. The standard of the hotel was very low and the staff although pleasant found it hard to attain this standard.....
Everything please dont bother with this dirty hole that says its a hotel filthy.dump
they dind't talk about wifi, dont even have kettle or coffe in the room like all others hotels in being before around ilford,i dont want back there
Very helpful staff I would love to recommend this place to my friends
The fact that there is a shower gel.
No tea/coffee, dusty
>Shuttle-With friendly helpful staff >Microwave & Fridge provided in rooms >Close to Airport & shopping area. >Cosy >Friendly Management & Staff
Location otherwise all very poor
Dirty slow breakfast service curtain rail and sockets hanging off wall cold dreadful worst place Ive paid for.
Pillow was dirty Room was dirty Too much noise from another room and staff didn't bother to do anything Bed bugs I have never seen in my life in any hotel Worst place to stay in london
Room noisy, breakfast room dirty, tables not cleared
Nothing at all
Location to train station into London
Everything..room was filthy and absolutely stunk, complained and was told it was the carpet and given a bottle of febreeze to use during our stay!! Slept nxt to a large noisy fridge/freezer. In all honesty cannot believe I let my children sleep in such a dive but after a 2 1/2 hr trip to get there I didn't fancy driving all the way home leaving the kids disappointed with not going to London, I'm not one to complain eva but feel ppl need warning about this hotel b4 booking! Avoid room 8 at all costs if u still go ahead and book
Quiet and confortable for the price plus breakfast was included. The staff even lent me a samsung charger.
Some of the other clientele - was an odd woman in the breakfast room but harmless.
The room wasn't so clean and the bathroom in my room didn't work.
Value for money, friendly staff, wifi, breakfast included.
Everything it's a dump
location lake of facalities room was cool no heating
Friendly, clean, comfortable & warm, with breakfast included - although we didn't have time for this as we got up late! But coffee & tea still available!!
It was the only available room to enable to be early for my next day appointment. The guys on reception were very helpful especially with the parking situation and offered to move my car from the yellow lines before the traffic wardens appeared. The hotel was clean and warm and for the price I got what I paid for.
Shared bathrooms. In the room was a sink unit which had extremely hot water but no plug . No kettle No wardrobe or draw. The street seemed to be jam packed with work mans vans which made parking awkward. .
Unlimited hot drinks and the shower and close to town and trains to london would go there again as a couple but wouldnt go with my children
The breakfast expected a better breakfast like bacon and mushrooms included and first morning cups were dirty however did improve parking was sometimes was a pain if we came back late but staff did help sort it out so we could park
The staff were clingy and came nocking on my door wondering if I wanted them too show me around town or have a drink with them at their place. NOT recomending this for single traveling girls!!!
I am a disabled person and I was given a room on the ground floor with en-suite facilities even though I had booked a room sharing a bathroom. I was not charged any extra either. Bed was clean and comfortable
Tea making facilities were not in the room. Having said that they were just outside the door in the corridor The room was not serviced at any time during my three night stay
I did not want to have breakfast but no such option in proposed rates was found during hotel booking action.
very nice staff good TV bed was comfortable price was okay could have been cheaper for what you was getting to be honest
no vegetarin or halal breakfast not enough tables for dining dirty carpet dirty curtains dirty bathroom no hairdryer poor shower tap water too hot no heating
