Quick book in friendly staff
The only thing we liked was the TV haha
When arrived to the hotel a receptionist gave us the key, when we walked into the room we thiugh 'oh nors that bad', however, after havig a better look around we noticed dirty bed sheets, no cold water in the sink only boiling hot, male slippers and some shower gels unthr bathroom which we obviously didnt use. We thought it was left by a previous guest but the receptionist told us it's provided by the hotel. We got our bed sheets changed hiwevrr the new ones were not migh better. Location is close to railway station and shops, but the area itself seemed to be unsafe. Walking back to the hotel from cinema was scary as there were groups of young people walking around the street etc. breakfast was good however not enough tables so we had to wait for a table and then wait for the food as there was only one lady cooking and serving us. When checkin out and giving back the key we did not receive thanks or goodbye. No communication. The building itself was old fashioned and needed some cleaning.
Blinds on windows were broken empty bottles in room someone's shoes plus other belongings left in room
The size of the room, nice and spacious
Thin walls, dents in the mattress, I had an en suite bathroom but the sink was in the room. The bathroom was dirty and the door to the room was not correctly fitted so it was hard to open and close.
Noise from other guests until late night. Problem with breakfast as there was no available seat.
Wifi connection is very poor
Really dirty,and unconfortable
Room were dirty
The kitchen staff was very nice.
The room was very cold and noisy, I could´t close the window properly and the car park was just in front of my room. I guess if you get a room from the garden side it will be fine.
clean sheets clean room. good telly.
tea and coffee facilities down stairs . and no bacon with the breakfast
It was less than 5 minutes walk to the railway station.
The blinds in the bedroom were tatty, there was a hole in the bedroom wall, plumes of dust and the bathroom window was propped open by a toilet roll.
Quiet place to stay. The zone. We had to manage due to the price we have paid.
Not clean, the floor never saw a vacuum cleaner, the carpets very dirty. Very noisy doors, till 11pm due to the customers entering or exiting the rooms. Breakfast was ok. Some employees were rude. No coming back again for sure, the worst hotel ever and I'd traveled a lot for lots of countries, no way I get back there again.
It is really quiet and bed is really comfortable. Staff is friendly. Upon arrival, they gave us a Room with a bathroom for the same prise as was room with shared bathroom that we booked.
They didn't do any housekeeping activities (changing towels, making bed, removing garbage..) during our stay. The baththub was awful, you couldn't fix the water temperature, it has mold on it and it was all slipery.
the bed was comfortable free wi-fi
shower, was just a drip, had to use the sink for a strip wash, probably should have checked but didn't realise there was no food or drink, not even coffee or tea in the bedroom
Shower was hot
Disinterested, monosyllabic asian guy on checkin was the only person I saw in the 2 days i was unfortunate enough to have to stay in this hovel. The hotel was grubby, smelly, basic and dirty. Bedsheets and towels in the room were stained, the toilet was disgusting and I actually ducked when the extractor fan came on as I thought something was falling from the ceiling. Breakfast was included but the smell which assailed my senses when I opened my door in the morning quickly put paid to my hunger.
Unclean, worst coffee in the country! Noisy.
Room door was hard to open no sink in near the toilet the shower had 1 or 2 tiles missing and the bed felt like I was sleeping on metal springs
Good value for money, toilet and shower was clean
The carpet wasn't clean and was a bit dusty
Somewhere to put my head for the night.
As soon as I walked into the lobby I wanted to turn back,if I hadn't already paid I would have gone.it was absolutely disgusting, not appealing at all.the room was terrible,so outdated and the room was absolutely filthy, couldn't use bathroom looked like it's never been cleaned,no toiletries, no coffee facility.this hotel should be condemned.need to send in environment officers to check it through.
The staff handled my complaints very well and gave me a refund as I could not stay for all the nights I had booked
It was very dirty. The state of the toilets and shower was absolutely shocking. I complained and packed my bags. Is this really what budget travelers deserve?
Best inn is good but while booking on line the statement that only one room is left should not feature at all. It looks like a strategy to take what ever room that is available.
Breakfast, friendly staff, no nonsense hand on approach to accommodation needs of not to well to do folks.
rooms and bathrooms look "tired" a bit to much.
The location was excellent we had a family party at the Dar Bar and this was a 5 minute walk away. The staff are very friendly
it doesnt give the impression of being a clean hotel.
The hotel was fine and comfortable I did ask for a decent room which I got
Jus dusty on the floor
