It was close to shops and had sufficient comfort and friendliness that it really was an ideal choice-- even though it was really chosen out of the blue! I will recommend it. |

Clean, convenient happy for guests to stay around after checked out Breakfast ordered on room service did not arrive, indeed had not been prepared on time. Consequently one guest who had train to catch missed breakfast. Hotel says it will compensate via return of some portion of cost via credit card |

everything was very nice no faults, food was lukewarm absolutely the hottest hotel i have ever stayed in far too hot to be bearable and having to sleep with fan on was intolerable and to sit anywhere inside the hotel was imposssible the staff said that they had numerous complaints about the heat, shame since everything else was lovely. |

Initially for the location to get the train to wembley but there was a tube strike so we were forced to get a taxi and it wasn't cheap. Poor value for money. |

Comfort and cleanliness was superb, as was breakfast. Location is excellent both for High Wycombe town centre and also Wembley football stadium - only a short rail journey away. Really good value for money. |

It was close to the town centre/theatre. The bar & catering staff were very hospitable. The hotel lobby floor & corridor carpet were unhoovered. I am sure that the first impression of the hotel should not be that it is dirty. It did not make for a comfortable feeling anticipating if your room was going to be the same. |

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was freshly cooked and of good quality. The same didn't apply to the orange juice which was horrible! There was lots of hot water, a bath and a really good shower. The room wasn't the biggest I have stayed in and the heating, which was a fan heater screwed to the wall, wasn't quite what I had expected to find! I wouldn't have wanted to pay the full rate for this hotel, despite it's location which was good. |

It was ideal for visiting family in high wycombe The receptionist that booked us out of the hotel was applling it was all she could do to get up and serve us her attitude was terrible I think her name was Stephanie both my wife and I were quite upset by her. All the other staff were very nice and helpful. |

Helpful friendly staff. Good location. The room, described as a double, was a bit on the small side. Ok for just one or two nights. |

comfort and convenience for high wycombe. I personally thought that the room was not as clean as it could be. There was dust and debris around the skirting board and dirty food marks on the television desk. I also did not think that the bed was very clean as though it could have been slept in before myself. |
