The location on the Chiswick High Road was very convenient for shops and restaurants. The buffet breakfast was good, although I did not understand why it was necessary to pay extra for bacon, when everything else you would expect was included.. The en suite was like a cupboard - difficult to even turn round. The shower door was hanging off, although to be fair it was repaired when I complained at reception. The bed was small and a little old fashioned. |

I felt that the location was very good for travel around the city. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Also the beds were very very short. The shortest beds I have ever experienced. |

The staff were very nice and welcomming. If we needed anything the took care of it. Even when we came after breakfast they took care of us. The room is small and the location is a little far from the city center |

- very nice hotel, free parking, good breakfast, large and clean rooms. - the address is a bit strange (2 GPS-s didn't have that address). The hotel is in fact at the intersection between Chiswick Ln and King St. |

The suite was very comfortable, warm and clean. The breakfast very tasty and there was plenty of choice. It was great to be able to park in the hotel's carpark - a rare luxury in London. My husband loved the view from the bedroom window reminding him of living in London several years ago, (very nostalgic) There were a lot of stairs up to the suite, which was OK for us but it would not be suitable for people with walking or breathing problems. It would have been nice to have had some milk for a coffee or tea but this was probably an oversight. Also the suite was lovely, huge with all mod cons but the bathroom was a bit of a disappointment when you compare the size of the rest of the rooms. |

Very good location - two tube stations nearby, bus stops just outside a hotel. District line of the tube is good for all major attractions. There are a lot of places to eat nearby and a food store just across the street (Sainsbury's). Rooms are nice and clean, very reasonably priced. Staff is really nice and helpful. There are tea making facilities in the room and tea bags and cookies are replenished each morning. Nothing really. It was a bit chilly, but I just put on my sweater and made a hot tea. |

Good to have off the road parking. Lovely room, beautifully clean and good sized bathroom with excellent shower. Good to have coffee always on tap. Last, but not least, friendly, helpful staff. Wil definitely come again when going to theatre or opera. Couldn't fault it. |

Arriving late after a long day, The hotel offered what I needed, easy parking, pleasant and secure surroundings, cleanliness, and someone, a real person with a great attitude, to deal with. The whole Hotel was clean and tidy and well organised. Breakfast was all I wanted but could have been a feast for extra money. Check out was quick and easy. Thank you to the team. |

Clean and friendly. Would consider again. Not the fault of the hotel, but the local tube lines were down for the weekend, which made the hotel not as accessible as it should have been. |

Efficient and very friendly welcome. Free internet access. Pleasant conservatory breakfast area. Free car park. Attention needed to decor in the room we had (damp patch on wall in corner). Windows in bedroom difficult to open (old) and dirty frames. Bathroom window had been replaced so that was OK. |

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.. lovely conservatory area to eat in. Good shower and room was very clean. I had emailed to ask for a quiet room but we were in a room at the front of the hotel which was very noisy so we had to have the windows shut. Having said that, with the windows shut the noise was bearable. |
