it is close to the tube (5 mins walk), far from the touristic places (that is a plus for me, maybe not for you) where you can experience the London's suburb life

US travelers beware. don't expect rooms and facilities that you can find in any hotel in the US, even in the cheapest ones. the room was awfully small like 10x10 including bathroom. The bed was the same. small and weak. don't try to turn or you'll end up in the floor

Room located in basement, they refused to add any miles/points for stay as I made booking via booking.com

A minor point - plug in washbasin jammed.

Staff were very efficient and friendly, especially the receptionist, Marta. Room was clean. Breakfast was great. Close to tube connections to central London. Also free parking. Excellent value for money.

I booked a single room for the weekend as I was transitioning through London. I wish I could upload the room's picture but it was absolutely disgracious: the washbasin was outside of the bathroom on the desk, the power outlets, the kettle, the TV... As I had to work that weekend, I didn't have any space to do so and had to work sitting on bed. The window was not double-glazed, right on high street and I could hear all the noise and traffic outside... I am not a demanding customer: a comfortable functional and clean room is more than enough, but the one I had was beyond bad. I was too tired to argue or change hotels, but I will never set foot again in this hotel

Stairs to annex had water lying on them when it rained, Fan in the bathroom did not work Slightly noisy from traffic Very noisy from the main door into the corridor i.e. the locks were noisy and the people usin g the door made it noisy

The location was good.

This building is quite old, floors are very creeky, and you can hear your neighbours beside and below you....even so much as to hear their conversations.

the accommodation was comfortable and everything was clean and accessible. breakfast was excellent value, staff very friendly and helpful and sorted out a small problem with the heating quickly it was in an excellent location very near high street and Tubes and value for money for London, especially for single rooms

Handy to tube station to get into London, easy to change @Hammersmith. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Will stay again. Jan , Auckland New Zealand.

Staff, very clean room and nice garden ...:) I love it...

The Receptionist was particularly helpful and allowed me to check in early after arriving off a plan at about 08:00. Invited me to have a cup of coffee while they prepared the room. It was much appreciated.

People can just walk straight into the hotel without question and get to the bedrooms without being stopped and asked and without there being anything physical (like doors etc) to stop them. There was no incident but there could be.

Friendly welcome from staff Good breakfast choice Sunny conservatory Quiet and peaceful - so much so that I very surprised going to breakfast on first morning to find that so many people were staying there. Good location.

Dated decor Watching guests "steal" food from the breakfast buffet to take away for their lunch - no way for hotel to stop this but want them to know as I was horrified and had never seen this on such scale before.

The location was great.. not too far from bus routes and the tube. The staff were helpful.. my husband had an medical emergency during our stay and they were extremely helpful.

coffee machine was broken during our stay and the powdered nescafe was only so-so..! However, the breakfast was good and there was lots of choice.

The fact that the simple question to put a british pound sign on my bill is so far ignored (it doesn't seem that much effort to me).

We where top floor but there no lift.At our age it was one thing we needed.
