Location, parking, good value hotel

The room was a really good size with a huge bay window which overlooked the sea. It was well decorated and the bed was really comfortable.The staff were very attentive and friendly. We ate in the restaurant at night and the food was exceptional. When we found out that there were two functions that night we were concerned about noise but we didn't hear a thing.

The bath wasn't a full size but adequate as it had an overhead shower. There was quite a long wait for dinner as there were two functions at the hotel but the staff were very apologetic and certainly made it up to us.

Good, relaxing atmosphere. Friendly service. Excellent live music.

Lovely hotel in super position with hotel free car park directly in front. The public rooms at the hotel were very good. Would happily recommend this hotel.

The bar service was a little slow at times but there were some large private functions occurring. Did not spoil an enjoyable stay.

The Location which is close to seafront and also shops quite close,flat area for walking plenty to see and do and regular bus service to other areas,for people without transport.

No mirror in bedroom near dressing table where hair dryer was fixed.

Soap squeezy bottles were impossible to use for people with arthritic fingers. Lift to secondfloor was very old and did not work very well

Very warm welcome and organised. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was very good and had a wide range of ready to cook options rather than the usual buffet style offering.

Decor within the corridors seemd as little dated, could do with freshening up by painting.

It was very handy for the shops and in our case near to Lytham where we have family. It was warm needed for the cold weather. The staff were helpful.

The Luke warm shower. The noisy slow filling toilet. The bar snack food was very average for the price. I would say slightly overpriced.

Have stayed many times. Excellent hotel with good food and superb friendly staff. Excellent location

The rooms were clean & comfortable, nicely furnished. The staff were very friendly, helpful & courteous at all times including the cleaning ladies. Thank all your staff for a very nice overnight stay and we would certainly book in again.

ideal for visiting family in lytham st annes. Excellent breakfast

My room (129) was situated above the reception area where the awful music, put out throughout the hotel, could be clearly heard, starting at 6.45.a.m.

Good location ,good breakfast menu , family run ,pleasant staff and easy for buses just around the corner .

Everything .Hotel well situated on quiet promenade. Staff welcoming on arrival. Room excellent, spacious, clean. Had an evening meal, was very good, service was excellent, didnt wait long for the meal, its was hot and very nice, chose chefs recommendation. It was a cold evening, but the room was warm, bed comfortable, tea and coffee in room, and tv. Breakfast was exceptional, everything one could wish for, food for every taste . On leaving hotel was asked if required help with bag. Would certainly recommend and will be returning next year.

Beds too hard, But this is because i have got a back condition

The staff very very attentive and helpful. The rooms were of a good size and well furnished. The whole ambience of the hotel was relaxing.
