I thought the superior room was not really superior. Also, i think the staff should inform you of the Spa facilities at the sister hotel. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was quiet and stylish and the service and food (we had breakfast only) was excellent. Our 2nd floor room (paid extra for a sea view) was up four flights of stairs and did not have lift access. Car park was often full. |

It was easy to find, conveniently yet quietly located, with good sea views. The staff were, without exception, courteous, friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff. The food was excellent - well cooked and beautifully presented. Minor issues which would not put me off returning : The window catches in the bedroom were too high to reach and the toilet did not always flush to order. It would have been good to have had a break from Celine Dion, especially at breakfast time. |

Our overall impression was good - however,we paid extra money for a de-luxe room with sea-view, but feel it was over-priced at £110 per night as some of the "finishing " in the bedroom wasnt up to scratch - floor covering in bathroom damaged/split, skirting boards tatty, needed painting,to use hairdryer there wasnt a power point near enough to a mirror to dry your hair... just the above things i have mentioned. and finally to say that i did expect a slightly higher standard for a best western. |

it was convenient for the overnight stay we needed. it was friendly and close to the function we were attending we had to change rooms because the toilet broke and the phone didn't work, and in the second room there was only one towel |

Was a windy night and constant noise of door or window banging upstairs reduced the comfort level. |

The hotel was comfortable on our first night and absolutely appalling on the second. Yes, the wedding re4ception going on in nthe frunction room rigfht below our room on the Saturday night! There vwas no parking because the non-residents attending the weeding had the spaces. The disco went on until 12.15am and then the guests, on the first floor came to bed drunk and started fighting in the corridor! We got to sleep at 3.30am! |

I was not happy that we was not told that the facilities was not available before we arrived, the hotel was booked for a 40th birthday and the swimming and spa was part of the relaxing weekend, if I would of known this in advance I would of booked another hotel in the area |

There are no leisure facilities - apparantly the swimming pool is being turned into a Golf simulator. The corridors and rooms are dated and the noise was dreadful from other guests and building work. |

Arrived 8pm, warm welcome & all check in paperwork prepared in advance. Straight into restaurant, really friendly & efficient staff. Great meal ( but no fish on the main course menu & it's Blackpool ). Had Lamb & this was superb. Room very clean & free WIFI helpful to catch up on the days e-mails.Breakfast also very well staged. Limited visibility out of bedroom windows due to level of dirt / sand dust. Also very curious as to why the glass door of the shower opened adjacent to the toilet & there was limited access to climb into / out of the shower. |

This contemporary hotel boasts a prime location on Blackpool's famous promenade, overlooking the Irish Sea and less than 3 miles away from the famous Pleasure Beach. |
A very warm welcome awaits you at the Kenilworth Hotel. We are fully licensed and all our rooms have en suite facilities. |
Less than 5 minutes’ walk from the Pleasure Beach and the train station, this well-maintained 1930s Art Deco building offers en suite rooms, free Wi-Fi and guaranteed free parking. |
Right at Blackpool Airport, this hotel is very convenient for travel connections. Good rooms with comfy beds, an on-site restaurant and free parking made it a welcoming base. |
