Comfortable hotel, well situated, good room size and appointments,helpful staff,pleasant restaurant overlooking attractive gardens. No lift and room access a little awkward carrying luggage. |

The room was large with a large bathroom also the Redwood Lounge restaurant served up wonderful food with a 2 Course meal at very reasonable prices ie £16.00 |

Meals style, staff response and attitude, layout of single room, mix of old and modern, view from front. Very noisy during night - equipment I think. Room and corridor much too hot and impossible to cool down, but had been hottest day of year |

Was at a wedding, had a great time food service etc really good,only complaint would be as we were booking in receptionist told us we should have booked in by phoning hotel direct and we could have got room that nite for 54pounds but because we booked it on line we had to pay 98pounds and that is just a shame, thought it was a bit cheeky and very unprofessional |

The hotel has a very professional appearance and is well-kept. The room was very spacious and tidy. The location was convienent. I especially enjoyed the restaurant on the ground floor. |

The Room was fine, no problems with that, the staff were helpful & courteous. In particular I would compliment the Invercarse on the set dinner menu which was excellent. |
