Overall the hotel was well decorated and was fresh and clean, we had a meal in the restaurant the food was very good and reasonable priced.over all we enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back. The only thing that could be inproved is the television it was tiny for the size of the room. Our room was lovely and very clean. So overall full marks to the magherabuoy hotel
I like that the hotel is slightly out of the town, a hidden gem, but still in walking distance to it. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was spotless, beds comfortable & power shower akin to a power hose! Great!
Easy, friendly place worked hard to get me a room with strong wifi
stayed before and had a lovely time. staff are great and it is a lovely warm hotel.
booked in advance and did not realise a farm toy model show was on. kids, farmers and santa everywere. not the hotels fault as it is known as a great event but our fault for not checking. just recked our night away.
Staff excellent beds very comfortable.
Because of the toy fair being held in hotel nowhere to park should have been a place for resident parking. Also next morning we were put in a small area for our breakfast which was a shambles we had an awful long time to wait before getting served.Residents seem to second class when this hotel has function.
The room was lovely and very comfortable. We had our 5 month daughter with us and the hotel was very good and had a travel cot and all in the room already. Overall a good hotel.
The wifi, I couldn't pick it up in the room but my partner could. The only complaint would be the fact the model toy show was on Friday night and we couldn't get a car space and had to walk in from the road with our baby. There should have been car spaces reserved for residents as I overheard other people complain at breakfast.
I have stayed in a number of hotels recently and the Magherabuoy is without equal in terms of value.£76 for Two nights in a large, modern ,spotless bedroom and a great breakfast.
The staff and food were lovely. The bedroom were nice.
The hotel lacked atmosphere. From the reception to the restaurant. We had broken sleep with people partying . The corridor smelt like cigarette smoke
Everything except evening meal food was lovely but poor presentation lacked veg. Really enjoyed our stay will be back.
Staff so friendly, really nice
Friendly and very helpful staff, quiet and comfortable room, delicious breakfasts.
The hotel was a delightful place to stay all our expectations were met.!!!.....My pre- requests were all met to the letter !!! We were exceptionally well looked after by the receptionists and hotel staff and couldn't thank them enough. We will be back again .....
i had a brilliant time the room was lovely and very comfortable and nice and warm. had a pleasant stay thank u
The location was the prime reason for our visit to the hotel and did not disappoint. The friendliness and comfort were second to none. We would definitely return without any hesitation. Very good value all round.
We could not fault the hotel.
good value for money, clean, good sized room and bathroom. breakfast really tasty.
carpet was very worn and tv way too small for size of room.
Spacious room, very comfortable, great breakfast, friendly staff, suitable location, good value for money.
No shampoo in the room. #hairpanic
friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Rooms really nice and modern and warm if required. The inside was nice and clean.
I thought the general appearance outside only left a bit to be desired,
Lovely hotel, when we walked in,it just felt relaxed. Staff were lovely.lovely relaxing break .
Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean.
Wifi free and works efficiently. Beds comfy
quick and easy check in, excellent breakfast
check in staff were pleasant enough, but not very welcoming
Great staff rooms very clean great parking great location will use again
Taxis were available to get into town asap
Overall room was advertised as superior double/executive room and had no additional features which overlooked back gardens - staff on sat night informed us that all rooms were the same and she had no other options available.
Clean spacious rooms, very friendly and curtious staff.
Location was handy for Portrush
I was paying in euros and was informed that there was a £5 charge for other currencies. Given that the Euro is widely accepted across Northern Ireland, it's a rip-off to be asked to pay more.
