“Wonderful comfortable bed had a great sleep! Also the food was fabulous and at £10 for three courses it is one of the best bargains I have come across for a long time! I've stayed before many Years ago for a dinner dance which was much more value for money but think they should dropp their prices slightly especially at the bar Bar prices very high

Staff very helpful and friendly Hotel badly in need of upgrade. Decor when you look closely is in bad repair. If you are in this sector then Premier Inns are still basic but better kitted out and better priced as well. The internet presentation of the hotel does not match how it actually looks.

Comfortable room, good sized bathroom, good TV choice, good WIFI Car park was full and had to park 'off-site' - not great with a boot full of tools etc. Breakfast was plentiful but not hot.

The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The price of the food in the restaurant was very reasonable. The only thing I find in any hotel not only the Best Western is that the bath is too high for a shorter person stepping over either for a bath or for a shower. Lower baths should surely be available somewhere in the UK.

Most things were fine. Did not like the fact that the bed covers were only sheets put together and not a proper duvet cover. Expected a fried egg with my breakfast, (dont like scrambled) also expect hot bacon, not cold, also expect butter for my toast and not 2 different kinds of spread. (What a moan !)

The staff were very warm and friendly and I would like to send my thanks to all of them for the welcome and high standard of service we received. Small points: the ceiling in the toilet in our room had obviously been patch repaired, but simply needed a coat of white emulsion to finish - the door surround was also needing a lick of paint. It was very small things like this that were noticeable, but did not really detract from the overall experience.

We held our daughters 21st birthday party at the Best Western, and thanks to the staff and the facility it was a successful and enjoyable evening. We had family and friends from all over the uk and my wife and I travelled from Germany for the event. We could not have hoped for better service, a big congratulations and an even bigger thanks to all the staff concerned, in the hotel and the function room. We have used this hotel on two occaisions now and willl no doubt use it again to host our family functions. THANK YOU

Very comfortible and very convenient for my business trip. Friendly staff and very helpful. We didn't eat in the hotel as other arrangements had been made for us but speaking with other guests they told us that the food was very good and very good value.

Good value for money and excellent menu for the money No fault of the hotel, but there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke on the 2nd floor, which drifted into my room sadly. I appreciate this is not the hotels fault; obviously another guest not respecting the no smoking regulations. I reported it to reception
