As stated in the above
Excellent hotel. We had an accessible room as one guest is disabled. Good size room and excellent wet room. Very comfortable beds. Staff were all very helpful. Special thanks to Richard for being so helpful and caring. We will definitely return.
On Fri and Sat nights we returned to find Tribute bands playing. When we got to our room, barely any sound. Some squealing girls leaving later, but no problem. Obviously well insulated
The beef we had in the restaurant was absolutely superb. Very delicious, fresh and succulent, probably one of the best beefs I have tasted.
Being told it was an Executive room when it was like a standard room. Bathrobes were very clean but so heavy they were uncomfortable to wear.
EVERYTHING ESPECIALLY THE SANDWICHES -- SERVED BY ANGELA
The staff were really helfull and nice.
Room, staff, food, car park, price
Not easy to spot on busy road.
A nice large room at a great price with great mood lighting and modern facilities. Friendly and informative staff.
There was dirty linen in hallway which stayed there all evening and was still there when we left next morning at 10.30
Comfortable and clean, staff efficient and helpful, restaurant not used but appeared popular, availability from room service excellent
Architecturally very impressive for a comparatively small hotel but a frosted glass wall to the bathroom may look good but is totally impractical for a room occupied by two people
Nice room. Comfy bed. Very clean. Good breakfast.
Dog barking throughout the night.lighting very subtle and not much good for older people
Huge comfy bed. Toiletries provided. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of on site parking.
Dark, airless room. Small windows that didn't open and let in very little light. Difficult to work out the technology to operate the window blind and air conditioning.
Beds comfortable Breakfast good (except toast) Helpful friendly waitress (Renata)
Rubbish wi-fi - kept losing contact No blankets available, duvet only Bedroom chair uncomfortable Modern overhead shower- can't avoid getting hair wet Don't like bottled soap Restricted restaurant menu Inflexible evening menu. Only average food quality but expensive No tablecloths Toaster not working at breakfast
The room is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable
The view was disappointed as had view of the wall!
FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF PROBLEM WITH THE AC NOICE IN THE NIGHT. THE MANAGER WAS QUICK TO ACT TO OFFER ANOTHER ROOM.
NOT MUCH CHOICE OF FOOD OPTIONS FOR SPECIAL DIETS SUCH AS VEGAN
Nice big bed
Air con was rubbish
The layout of the hotel.
We were given the WiFi code which was good. A very light and airy hotel Good price for the standard of the room
The Wifi did not seem to be available in the room in which were located. The bathroom being obscured glass 'within the room' meant that the light going on in the middle of the night there lit up the whole room and disturbed those asleep.
Location handy for where I had to go.
Dirty crockery left in corridor from when I arrived until the next morning. Thought the breakfast not very good value for money...too expensive...stale croissants Also found the glass walled bathroom a little unnerving ...you can hear all the goings on in the bathroom Thought the limited menu in the restaurant overpriced so chose to walk into town to eat.
Poor customer service especially the Operations Manager, Tracey Cleary who exhibited poor communication skills in terms of customer relations. A false alram went off early in the moring but no information from the reception of its false nature. We rushed down in a panic state to inquire about same but was greeted by this hostility from the operations manager, Tracey Cleary, who insinuated that I was wasting her time. Her verbal and non verbal communication skills were completely poor. in fact,we had to check out that morning a day earlier than booked due to lack of trust and confidence on the hotel. Never had such hotel experience. I have to say that the lady at the reception that morning would have done much better than this operations manager, if not for the latter's interference. Complete waste of my hard earned money!!!!!
Comfy beds, good value meals in bar
Bathroom and toilet in bedroom had glass walls and no soundproofing
Bad TV signal bad wifi signal and a dog barking all night.
Reception, restaurant and bar staff were all very helpful and although we only had breakfast, the choice and quality was good and perfectly poached eggs. Very modern rooms and good quality bathrooms
Clean rooms Modern Good Parking Good Location
Very slow check out! over minutes to check out, no support for the people of the desk, except one woman manager who did nothing but kept coming to view the queue and did not appologise to anyone. Unorganised to get a drink after they stop taking cash.
