Friendly staff, spacious rooms. Parking. Easy to reach locationnear motorway and Airport Twin beds were very noisy. |

Rooms were very comfortable and at £50 per night, this was very good value. Service was not great. It was especially difficult to get a drink. At one point, the 2 bars were not staffed, and I had to wiat 15 minutes before I could even speak to a receptionist to find a barman. When you're at a christening - this was not ideal! |

Slept very well that night and woke to a shower of all showers - recently modernised and equipped with the latest and simplest touchpads it was a dream to be in!!! Breakfast was far superior to the previous Best Western I stayed in at Bournemouth - No Basil Fawlty strut-alike here in Reigate!!! Check out was speedy and friendly. The rest of the day? Well that was a very intensive company... The only thing that delayed me getting into my room was the poor instructions printed on the keycard, there are instructions on both sides and the more detailed illustrated instructions are on the BACK of the card! It took me a few minutes to crack it!!! Room service food is centred around one and half rounds of sandwiches with salad and a hanful of crisps. |

What was most helpful to me was being able to book without breakfast, just a room. I find it difficult to eat mornings and like to wait until around 11am, which I was able to do. |

was very close to the town, parking available the room was very basic, i expected more than a travel lodge style room. also the shower was cold in the morning - i was not impressed. |
