Good location near to the m25 and family's house. The bed was awful. An uncomfortable, cheap and noisy mattress. The hotel had seen better days and could do with a re-furb. I know we live in lean times but a good coat of paint in the rooms and public areas and steam cleaning of the carpets would make the world of difference. The hotel was not badly priced and the breakfast was very good and service in the restaurant very good. The receptionist was a bit strange and kept staring at my wife for some reason which made her feel uncomfortable.

It was fairly inexpensive and a room was available at the last minute. The electric power shower was very welcome. The loud banging noise coming through the radiator pipes at 8am. Noisy German tourists two doors down. And the tiny beds with spongey mattresses.

The bed was old and very uncomfortable. The bar staff was rude and the irish coffee we ordered was the worst I have ever had.

Quiet and pleasant location with easy access to Motorways& Airport. Excellent parking facility.Nice Decor and pleasing reception.Good facilities in the room, Room too cold for comfort. Central heating radiator made encouraging noise, but never worked. Felt Too late in the night to ask for change of room.Spent a sleepless night and used the time to plan for the event in the morning.

The majority of our stay was good. The receptionis Debbie was extremely helpful when certain things hadn't been made clear to us - please see 'What didn't you like about Best Western Reigate Manor Hotel'. We have stayed at BW Reigate Manor on several occasions and would definitely like to return. The bar, even though there were two function being held, was efficient and a good variety of drinks. The furnishings are comfortable and light. The restaurant was effeciently run and food was extremely good. When we arrived we wanted to book in for dinner and were told that there was no catering for non-residents. We explained that we were residents and was there any possibility of getting a meal. Debbie, another receptionist, was dealing with someone else at the time, but when she was free came to us and said that she would do what she could to get us sorted for an evening meal directly the Manager arrived. She actually came to us around 1 hour later saying that a table would be available at the time we had requested (7.30 P.M.) and she gave us a menu. At all times she was polite and very efficient and whatever she had said she would do for us, she did. Thank you, Debbie for all your help. When we went to dinner, we ordered our starters and mains and were told that desserts were 'self service'. When it came to dessert time, there was no cheese and biscuits. We asked if we could have cheese for two and was told 'No'. We asked to see the Manager, who said that the others had ordered their cheese and biscuits and there was none available and it would cost extra. We said that we did not mind paying extra, but as we would prefer cheese and biscuits could he please see what he could do. After about 10 minutes he did arrive with cheese and biscuits for us, but why did he stand for at least 5 minutes arguing the toss. Roland we are not impressed with your attitude, but do also thank you for carrying out our request.

I'm afraid upon arrival the room I was allocated had not been cleaned, staff on reception helpful & apologetic, given another room straight away. Room service food very poor! Quality and choice...Noisy in night...bed was poor...Disappointed as the previous two nights I had enjoyed a two-night stay in a Best Western Hotel in a different location which was different class to this one at Reigate..

Frienfly staff and great location for visiting our family. Mattress way too soft and bed creaked very badly. They also didn't have our reservation via booking.com, which lucky wasn't a problem as they were not busy.

The room was spacious and comfortable and the en-suite was very good. The fact that all the rooms without beakfast were already taken just does not make sense and we resented paying an extra £25 for a room with breakfast when all we wanted was tea toast!

Big party on until 1am. Had a room really close to it and had to ask to move as the DJ and people outside were really loud (it was like being at the party!). Luckily we could change rooms. Anyone booking should check if there is a party on (ours was on a Friday but there are also dinner dances on a Saturday).
