The location for visiting Reigate is very good. The double bed in our room was way past its best. The mattress sagged towards the middle and the springs were gone. Not pleasant and not va;ue for money.

I attended a family reunion which was made all the better by the attentive staff and very good service. It was easy to find with more than adequate car parking. I did not like the "toilet" smell in the corridor outside my room (room no 102). I thought £9 for a room service sandwich was too expensive, so I did not use this service.

Extremely helpful staff good value, great showers and wonderful beds, where do you get your mattresses. Always very friendly service, good breakfast and a lovely quiet room. Well the only thing I could say is perhaps its a pity it doesnt have about 50 glorious acres surrounding it, or could you move it to the top of colley hill for a view?????LOL

The bed was old and very uncomfortable. The bar staff was rude and the irish coffee we ordered was the worst I have ever had.

The majority of our stay was good. The receptionis Debbie was extremely helpful when certain things hadn't been made clear to us - please see 'What didn't you like about Best Western Reigate Manor Hotel'. We have stayed at BW Reigate Manor on several occasions and would definitely like to return. The bar, even though there were two function being held, was efficient and a good variety of drinks. The furnishings are comfortable and light. The restaurant was effeciently run and food was extremely good. When we arrived we wanted to book in for dinner and were told that there was no catering for non-residents. We explained that we were residents and was there any possibility of getting a meal. Debbie, another receptionist, was dealing with someone else at the time, but when she was free came to us and said that she would do what she could to get us sorted for an evening meal directly the Manager arrived. She actually came to us around 1 hour later saying that a table would be available at the time we had requested (7.30 P.M.) and she gave us a menu. At all times she was polite and very efficient and whatever she had said she would do for us, she did. Thank you, Debbie for all your help. When we went to dinner, we ordered our starters and mains and were told that desserts were 'self service'. When it came to dessert time, there was no cheese and biscuits. We asked if we could have cheese for two and was told 'No'. We asked to see the Manager, who said that the others had ordered their cheese and biscuits and there was none available and it would cost extra. We said that we did not mind paying extra, but as we would prefer cheese and biscuits could he please see what he could do. After about 10 minutes he did arrive with cheese and biscuits for us, but why did he stand for at least 5 minutes arguing the toss. Roland we are not impressed with your attitude, but do also thank you for carrying out our request.

The room was spacious and comfortable and the en-suite was very good. The fact that all the rooms without beakfast were already taken just does not make sense and we resented paying an extra £25 for a room with breakfast when all we wanted was tea toast!

Big party on until 1am. Had a room really close to it and had to ask to move as the DJ and people outside were really loud (it was like being at the party!). Luckily we could change rooms. Anyone booking should check if there is a party on (ours was on a Friday but there are also dinner dances on a Saturday).

The friendly staff was the best thing about the hotel The shower water was cold in the morning. Our bed creaked and groaned and I think the underneath must have been broken. We did say about it and were told it would be fixed but it wasn't.
