Close to Station. modern (at least our bit was). good on standard facilities. 2 different types of biscuits....that sort of thing. Too small for 2 people. Cramped. Whilst all else was so very modern the single glazed window was old and ill fitting. Wrestled with the contrasting resultant draught and the air conditioning system .Had to eventually, and nobly, change places in bed with my wife and sleep next to the window. |

Close to paddington station The tv had problems, the radio did not work. My first key would not open the front door. You had to cross the street to get breakfast, and my room did not have an iron despite the form saying it would - for a 3 day stay this was a problem. In summary it was a very impersonal hotel with staff that just didnt seem to want to be there. |

Its closeness to the Paddington and Lancaster tube stations, the room I booked "Club Twin" had very comfortable beds. The staff is rude, the room was small (while Club rooms are the biggest they had), the housekeeping was not always aware of what is missing such as tissues, soap, etc... we had to ask for these... while checking out, they charged us more money because of a system error and they failed to inform us while we were staying for 14 days... |

The Hotel has a good atmosphere and its location is excellent for city trips and weekend shopping/sightseeing the rooms are just a bit too small, and so are the bathrooms, and if 2 persons are expected to stay in my room (nr 523) there wouldn't have been enough closet space nor room to move around |

The proximity to Hide Park and Lancaster gate station was a plus, the neighborhood was also quite ok. The room was extremely tight (this was supposed to be a suite). It was so small that I had to take turns with my wife to move around the room. |

The good location just withen walking distance from paddington station and the free internet Just like every other hotel in london the room size and the bathroom size is unbeleivably small even that I stayed in a suit ( as they told me it was ) but the suit size was just too small that it makes you either cry or laugh !! it was a tiny room that shoudnt be called a suit !! |

The room was spotlessly clean and well presented. We paid premium rate but were put over the road from the main hotel and into the basement so it was dark and noisy from the road. |
