Very good location in South Kensington and staff is very helfpul Check-out at 11.00am, and you're over-charged gbp 25.00 for every hour you stay beyond that time. That is absolutely ridiculous! Also, tooms waaaaay too small - you cant fit your bag in the room. Definetely not recommended for couples - only ok if you're travelling solo.

Comfortable, good sized room. Opposite the tube station so easy to get into central London. No hot water for a shower for 30 minutes in the morning, receptionist very scruffy clearly in need of a new uniform.

The location is really, really excellent..near knighstbridge and sloane street and the gloucester road tube station ..and actually not far from st pancras international..the hotel staff is very friendly...the room had the basics needed:a modern and well functionning bathroom,a tray with tea and coffee,a flat tv screen, clean and crispy sheets on a comfortable bed.. The size of the room I got was a bit too small..and I coulndt get an upgrade apparently because the hotel was fully booked..also the painting on the wall in my room needed to be refreshed because of some stains..i couldnt find on the tv international news channels..

The reception staff were very welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable with the added bonus of a very small balcony with table and chairs. We were at the back of the hotel overlooking gardens, very peaceful and quiet at night.

The room was very spacious and the hotel quiet even though it was well occupied. The staff were very helpful and efficient. We thought the location was superb. We will definitely stay again but see notes on car parking. Lacking in restaurant and the room service menu was very limited. It was convenient for us to drive but £33 per day in the nearby NCP might make us book outside London where the hotels have their own parking. Perhaps the hotel could subsidise the parking cost.

This hotel is in an excellent location, a minute's walk from Gloucester Road tube, and 10 mins walk from museums and galleries. The staff are welcoming and very polite, happy to help and check in was fast and efficient. The room was clean and well kept, it's a nice touch to have tea/coffee facilities available, and a good large screen tv. The room could have done with a fresh coat of paint, however that is the only fault I could find. I would recommend staying at this hotel and will go again in the future. Windows could have done with a clean.

The location We paid £358 to stay in a basement room that looked onto a set of step that led up to the pavement. The room was modern but so small. I chose this hotel because of the locality at the description on your website but was disappointed.

My room was completely refurbished and had brand new furniture. A bit small, that's common in London, but with all the necessary equipment, flat screen tv, electronic safe, and a sizeable bathroom. Very comfortable and clean. Excellent insulation from the noise of Cromwell Road, very quiet although being a front room. Wi-fi (free) working everywhere in hotel, including room. English breakfast ok, service good and fast. Courteous staff. Very convenient location, within walking distance from Kensigton museums, 100 m from Underground station and with a bus stop just in front. Shops and supermarkets are near the hotel and some nice restaurants also (btw try the Indian restaurant on Cromwell Road not far from the hotel, they have one of the best Tandoori around). Good value for money, will be my first choice when returning to London. A possible improvement: offer international tv channels (E.G. the Sky international news ones) on the beautiful flat screens of the rooms, British tv is so boring... But that's not so important, you don't go to London to watch tv, and you can always look at home news on the Internet, as I did.

The room was way too small, and somehow they managed to put all the pipings to the whole hotel through the walls of my hotel room. The noise kept me up all night.

It's very central. I am afraid I was very disappointed. The location was central but for the price of the hotel there were a lot basic amenities missing. There is not tea and coffee making in the rooms and the breakfast is very basic and uninteresting for for £9.95. No mobile signal in my room. And unbelievably no remote control for the televison and when I asked I was told there were not enough in the hotel. I must say I am not sure that I would use best western again and I certainly wouldn't recommend them. It really was liittle more that an upmarket hostel and I would query the 3 stars

Location of hotel, very near tube and museums, room and hotel is very clean, well kept and maintain. Staffs are helpful. The double room for 2 pax is quite small, limited space to open the luggage. Double room is more suitable to single pax.

Great experience at the Cromwell, the 1st floor rooms have a great deck connected to the room that overlook a nice wooded garden area. This was a real surprise, the deck was actually bigger than the room and with perfect weather was able to sit outside and enjoy some nice cigars at the end of the day.
