Cleanliness of the room and its excellent location near the tube. TV channels were very limited. Should have CNN, CNBC and ESPN. Lift button did not work well. |

Good location, close to the underground and shopping. Rooms are clean and the space is ok. There was renovations while we where there. If we knew that at the beginning we would never book that hotel. The room we had was in the basement without any view! |

The bathroom was a good size and usable but the bedroom was so small you can,t find enough room to open a suitcase. A single bead in this space would be more suitable. |

we chose this hotel as it was near to our chosen activities, it was close to a number of restaurants and shops and also the tube station. we thought the room was a little small, it was ok for a couple of nights but not for a longer stay. |

location. 1. The room was in the basement. 2. The room had a peculiar, un pleasant smell which was present every now and then. |

I liked that it's near to the museums such as natural history museum and V&A museum, beside that there a close sub ground station across the road. There is no restaurant in the hotel !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and the room is very small. Also, there is no coffeshop in the hotel, sorry but what is this hotel. Beside that you have to pay extra money for breakfast as it's not included. |

The staff were very helpful and polite. The location of the hotel was great and we were able to walk to the places we needed to be at. Building work outside meant that we could not open the curtains during the day. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel was being renovated at the time so scaffolding and tarpaulins were all you could see. Room clean but was below street level. |

very good location.less than 1min walk from the Piccadilly line tube station. quiet, and clean room with good shower. room is tiny as if they squeezed the double bed in sigle room...(but good enough for single person) and they were repainting the outer walls of the hotel,so everymorning workers standing right outside of the window...not that I couldn't actually open the curtain or the window...,but I had to choose "sunlight" or "the least privacy".... |

The location is excellent. The room is very clean and well-cared. I did not have breakfast at the hotel because it was rather expensive, but we can buy some food for breakfast at the Waitrose supermarket located just in front of the hotel if you want to be a budget traveler. I stayed in a double room as single occupancy, but it was very small even for one person. Of course I know this is trade-off among the location, the size of room and the price, and I'm satisfied with all of them except the size of room. |

The Cromwell's location is excellent. From the Gloucester road tube station, that is practically in front of the hotel, you can easily reach all major sights and get to the Heathrow airport in 40 minutes. There are many take away and Tesco, Boots etc very near, so all necessities are easy to buy. Natural history museum, V&A museum are just few minutes walk away. |

Unobtrusive but helpful and friendly service. The room was small, but entirely adequate and well equipped. Comfortable bed and good shower. Very convenient to Gloucester Road tube station. Only three minor points to mention: the continental breakfast was not good value for money; the supplementary heating was efficient, but linked to the air conditioning system and so a little noisy; and there wasn't quite enough vertical space in the wardrobe for suits to hang freely. |
