Best Western The Cromwell

Nous avions une chambre côté jardin avec une très jolie petite terrasse en bois. L'hôtel est très calme. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient vraiment impeccables. Métro et bus à proximité.

Un petit détail : il n'y avait pas de frigo dans la chambre.

Breakfast room was really frinedly arranged. Menu quite good. Service staff good. Location of the hotel excellent for business.

It's not so critical, and not poor. However wi-fi connection was not available at the room evethough it was specified by hotel's staff that there is wi-fi in the room.

This hotel is around the corner from the Gloucester Road subway station and is on the Picadilly Line, direct from Heathrow. Its location was very inconvenient.

The hotel's elevator does not go to the top floor, which is where we stayed. It was only a minor inconvenience.

Well situated just 50 meters from underground wich can take you near the great sites and monuments of the town in a few minutes. Clean.

The smallest room I have ever seen in Europe for this class of hotel !!! and worst located in the basement without a window !!! Even if it seems to be frequent in london it is quite surprising . Fortunately it was only for two very shorts nights ( threre is a lot to do at night in london)

Coisy hotel; excellent internet included in the price; very close to underground station

No laundry service available; slow elevator

good location close to Gloucester Rd tube station, supermarket and nice bakery nearby. very clean and the rooms (although a bit small) have been refurbished recently so it was very comfortable. Air-con is available which is nice to have especially in summer.

The location of it on the Picadilly Line is great! It is very close to Kensington Gardens and Hyde park as well. The staff is very friendly and we like how someone even made the bed in the babycot one day.

We are very aware that hotel rooms in Europe can be quite small, but even for being a two-person room it was very cramped. Even if we did not have a babycot in there, there would not be any room for our luggage and still allow us to move around comfortably. Also, it is less expensive for us to go out to eat than pay for a breakfast in the hotel. Lastly, given that we had two children with us who each had strollers, we should not have been put on the 5th floor when the lift only goes to the fourth.

Not enough day light, because our room was in the basement. Also two days was in room bad small (bad plumbing?), but the last day was all OK.

Cleanliness of the room and its excellent location near the tube.

TV channels were very limited. Should have CNN, CNBC and ESPN. Lift button did not work well.

Good location, close to the underground and shopping. Rooms are clean and the space is ok.

There was renovations while we where there. If we knew that at the beginning we would never book that hotel. The room we had was in the basement without any view!
