駅から近すぎて通り過ぎてしまったほど。フロントの対応は良く、スーツケースも部屋まで運んでくれた。予め- 地上の静かな部屋をリクエストしていたが、その通りでくつろぐことができた。部屋は非常に清潔でスタイリッ- シュだが、狭い。しかし特に問題は感じなかった。無料でインターネットが出来て良かった。チェックアウトの- 際フロントにタクシーを頼んだら、ブラックキャブではなく普通の乗用車が来たので心配したが、問題なく通常- より安い値段で移動出来た。 エレベーターが故障していた。 |

Booking.comより，「バスタブのある部屋」というリクエストを出していたが，ホテル側は読んでいなかった．ホテル- 側に届かないBooking.comよりのリクエストは無意味． バスタブのある部屋に交換ということで部屋を交換したが，地下の部屋に換えられた． |

グロスターストリートの駅から歩いてすぐで、目の前に24時間コンビニと高級スーパーマーケットがあり、と- てもよい立地条件でした。各階にエレベーターがついており、夜中も門は開いていますが適度に小さい規模のホ- テルなので不審者も入りにくいと思います。 たまたまですが、私の部屋は1回の角部屋でしたので特に狭く、作業机も椅子がおさまる側が三角形の壁の空間- に押し込まれていて座りにくかったです。ハンガーも壁に対して服を並行に並べなければならず使いにくかった- です。同行した友人の部屋は四角形の部屋だったのでもうハンガーも普通に横に服を並べるタイプで、部屋の広- さも少しマシでした。それから、このホテルにはバスタブのある部屋はありませんでした。 |

They were extremely helpful and got a room ready early at no extra charge. This enabled us to settle and get changed in our own room for an early appointment at the Houses of Parliament. Room was small which could be a problem on longer stays. |

Breakfast room was really frinedly arranged. Menu quite good. Service staff good. Location of the hotel excellent for business. It's not so critical, and not poor. However wi-fi connection was not available at the room evethough it was specified by hotel's staff that there is wi-fi in the room. |

This hotel is around the corner from the Gloucester Road subway station and is on the Picadilly Line, direct from Heathrow. Its location was very inconvenient. The hotel's elevator does not go to the top floor, which is where we stayed. It was only a minor inconvenience. |

This hotel was in a great spot with very convenient access to the tube and areas in town. The room was a little small but adequate for us as we only needed it for sleeping... we were sight seeing during the whole day. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable. Good value for money. We did not have the breakfast as there were good local bakeries/eateries. |

Well situated just 50 meters from underground wich can take you near the great sites and monuments of the town in a few minutes. Clean. The smallest room I have ever seen in Europe for this class of hotel !!! and worst located in the basement without a window !!! Even if it seems to be frequent in london it is quite surprising . Fortunately it was only for two very shorts nights ( threre is a lot to do at night in london) |

Very near from tube-station. We could visit Royal Albert Hall on foot. There is nice supermarket just in front of the hotel. When we checked in they asked us to pay £ 130(instead of £99) for reserve though they had our creditcard number per Booking.com. So we paid it by our card. They said they will pay it back us when we check out. But it took somedays to be fixed. We never had such complicated experience when we stayed at other BestWestern Hotels before. We believe it must be good enough that they have our creditcard number to check in,isn't it? |

good location close to Gloucester Rd tube station, supermarket and nice bakery nearby. very clean and the rooms (although a bit small) have been refurbished recently so it was very comfortable. Air-con is available which is nice to have especially in summer. |

The location of it on the Picadilly Line is great! It is very close to Kensington Gardens and Hyde park as well. The staff is very friendly and we like how someone even made the bed in the babycot one day. We are very aware that hotel rooms in Europe can be quite small, but even for being a two-person room it was very cramped. Even if we did not have a babycot in there, there would not be any room for our luggage and still allow us to move around comfortably. Also, it is less expensive for us to go out to eat than pay for a breakfast in the hotel. Lastly, given that we had two children with us who each had strollers, we should not have been put on the 5th floor when the lift only goes to the fourth. |

The reception staff who call dina is so nice and general the staff is nice too.The hotel is very near the underground. only the room is so small but is clean and comfortable. |
