The Best Western Woodlands Hotel is one of Dundee's best hotels, set close to the seaside village of Broughty Ferry. Originally a private mansion, it offers a warm welcome with high standard of amenities. The hotel features a recently refurbished indoor health club with a large swimming pool and a full range of relaxing facilities including an in-house therapeutic massage and aromatherapy specialist. 38 individually designed bedrooms are peaceful and private, offering all the contemporary comforts you would expect including free Wi-Fi and private bathrooms. The hotel is set on landscaped grounds and offers plenty of free parking. In the summer months, our outdoor patio area offers a delightful sanctuary where you can enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. The hotel was exellent very clean very luxorious the staff were exelent and very helpful and could not do enough for us the food was lovley I would recommend them to any one thank you for a very pleasent stay you made our buissnes trip very relaxed and very pleasent

Good spar facilites, a nice resonable sized room. Good food in the evenings I was not so happy with the buffet breakfast, Some items lick scrambled eggs, just do not keep warm.

It was suitable for the purpose of having a Golden Wedding Celebration meal. Facilities were very good and the catering excellent. The staff were pleasant and helpful, especially, Mrs Jenny Young, the events organiser. We actually had a block booking of 5 rooms which were all taken up and everyone seemed satisfied and happy with their accommodation.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the food was excellent. The room was a bit small. The bathroom too small and shower needs updating. The soap/shampoo/shower gel dispenser was a bit messy and needs a rethink.

Our second stay at this hotel and we will use it again on our next trip to Dundee.The staff wereexcellent,always polite and friendly and the food was very good and prices in the restaurant and bar were reasonable.Parking is good and the location is very good for visiting Dundee city centre and surrounding countryside.

As we were attending a wedding with an early start, we required early access to the rooms to prepare. The hotel staff were excellent....they couldnt do enough to help.Not only that, but my Mother of 88 was with us and was to return to the hotel herself earlier than the rest of our party, and was worried about getting herself into her room......no need to worry she was escorted by a member of staff right to her room.Breakfast was excellent good on quality and quantity.
