|East Granary is located in Leominster. The accommodation will provide you with a TV and a DVD player. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven.|
Large room. Good bar meal, cosy lounge with fire.
Some minor problems with room (temperamental flushing of toilet), but overall felt the available amenities did not warrant the price charged. Do not like the idea of extra charging for breakfast on top of the room price.
The staff were brilliant, so friendly and welcoming as well as responsive to your needs. The Restaurant was excellent it had been renovated beautifully with stunning furnishings. This was enhanced by the amazing Christmas decorations which were just being completed throughout the Hotels public areas. There was a tremendous atmosphere mostly created by the Tudor beams and log fire, which was so lovely.
The bedrooms were somewhat small and needed modernising, especially the ensuite shower room we had. The car parking was a little 'tight' for parking a largish vehicle. The meals were excellent but the portions were rather large causing some unnecessary wastage. Other than these issues a great Hotel we thoroughly enjoyed.
The staff were very friendly and accomodating throughout the whole visit even though we arrived very late on the friday night.
the organistion of Booking.com meant that the family room we ended up in was above a wedding that was taking place which meant that we spent saturday being deafened by the DJ. the hotel staff where very quick to re organise our room as best as they could in a fully booked hotel. they were also very apologetic and offered us a discount at the end of the staff for the inconvinnce.
Good central location, generous tea and coffee
Needed updating. View out if window was litered with DIY marerial
location was close to the town centre. the staff were welcoming the hotel had a car park the rooms were nice and warm
the mattress and pillows in my room were long overdue for renewal. The décor was a little dated but it was a pleasant enough stay
Helpful staff allowed us to store our bikes safely indoors. Good value for money.
Staff are delightful. Excellent breakfasts and dinners Wonderful atmosphere in which to relax, eat and drink with family and friends. An excellent buffet in the function room was provided too. Highly recommended and will return soon. Many thanks.
Location superb and everything about the hotel - including the food was excellent. Car parking also very good. I have no complaints in this respect.
Being somewhat hard of hearing (aged 82) I told the receptionist I couldn't understand her - and received a curt reply - 'no one else has ever complained'! Although I tipped the waitress £5 for a £8 meal when I asked her for more coffee she replied - 'It's over there' !
Location for where I was going
No more Best Western. So no points. Drab room (22) Expensive breakfast. Expensive for quality of Hotel
Very clean, and staff very helpful and friendly. Nice rooms too.
good sizes room and 2 chairs!
Cost of breakfast and evening meal
We liked everything. The food was delicious and the staff exceptionally kind so will definitely be returning.
A stunningly historic property.
right in the middle of town, have kept many of the old heritage features
When I arrived the manager was on his phone texting and refused to acknowledge I was there.... room was poor(room 24) - no wifi, bath option was very poor.... TV was from the 1980's pushed two single beds together and could you feel the difference in the two surfaces....
Friendly, clean and convenient.
Very charming inside, some would consider outdated but I think has masses of character and is extremely comfortable, shame about outside noise.
Noise outside at night, bar opposite with shouting and fighting until 2am, hardly slept and unable to close old sash window properly - room 3 Huge TV with only one working channel - room 25
Great location. Friendly staff. Superb breakfast.
This is no longer a Best Weston hotel, so the booking.com website misled me when making this booking. Outside the hotel gets very loud on a Saturday night due to "revellers".
Mass brawl outside at 2am.
It's a beautiful historic building
The room was cramped by the bed. There was no instruction manual for guests. The "desk" was actually a table. The TV didn't work.
See above.... It's unwelcoming to see so much rubbish/old vehicles in the car park then tables of drunken smokers congregating outside the hotel entrance. Room also suffered traffic noise/ noise from late night trvellerd
Breakfast first morning very good.
Breakfast the second morning, only fair, mushrooms far too salty and bacon too tough.
sleepless night due to screaming and shouting outside until three or four in the morning, no secondry glazing. room was very shabby and old fashioned. all there was separating room from bathroom was a curtain, no door. so there was no privacy when using the toilet. disgusting. was told by staff member noise issue was the same most weekends. terrible accommodation for £87.50 not including breakfast. will never stay at best western hotel again.
HOTEL WAS FINE..CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE LOVELY BREAKFAST..PLEASANT STAFF.
ROOM 16 IS OVER A VERY NOISY CARPARK ..FROM PEOPLE LEAVING LATE AT NIGHT AND AGAIN IN MORNING
I suffer with MS, twin room was downstairs easy access. Shops were on the doorstep no problem. Enjoyable three days, will go again.
The only fault we found was petty and that was the electric kettle, you had to hold it to boil.
