Good value for money. The showers need updating as they are underpowered and it is difficult to have a satisfactory shower. (I have stayed in several of the rooms). |

Sea Views, Good location The noise. The floors are so old and creaky we were kept awake by people moving about. Noise proofing really should be considered. I'm glad I only stayed for one night. |

The comfortable & relaxing atmosphere in the public rooms and in my own room. The lack of parking for my car and the lack of help/interest by staff concerning my difficulties on arrival given that I was not aware from your infor on online re the Best Western Clifton Hotel that you did not have your own parking. |

This was a nice, old fashioned hotel, well located and providing good service. It is very reasonably priced for a good sized room, clean with a tv, kettle, hot shower etc They do not provide shampoo, and the food was rather expensive and limited. There is also a lack of good local restaurats. |

its location - right opposite the start of attractive cliff walks and with the dining room overlooking the square, the fact that it has character - a true English hotel, the friendliness of the staff the lift was a bit scarey at first |

Very quiet with good views of sea and park yet close to town. Excellent lounge and bar. Piano in restaurant at weekends an unexpected and delightful touch. Very clean throughout and room very comfortable. We stayed on an extra day as it's such a pleasant hotel. No stupid loud pop music anywhere or bar television. Restaurant staff could do with more training. The customer should be made to feel welcome. The food was well prepared but not always very warm. This was a very busy weekend but there were only two waiters and the Maitre d'. This is a minor niggle and we had all our meals there. |

Its position. Easy to find. Difficulty in finding a parking place until the evening. Being charged so much as a single person booking. |

The proxmity to the concert venue (Leas Cliff Hall) I was visiting with my friend. The lift was small and only just accommodated 2 slim people with luggage. It was also slightly temperamental and was of the old- fashioned open door and then folding internal door kind. |

Staff were very helpful at all times. Room was clean and airy. Full english breakfast was fabulous. The view from my window was impressive. Full view of the English channel, The lift was claustrobic. |
