staff and location
A little noisy in the morning from activity outside window at rear of hotel.
Good location, not far from East Putney tube station. delicious breakfast
The hotel web site indicated 35 parking spaces but in fact because of works fewer than half than number were available (and all were taken by 4 pm)
cleanliness of the room helpful staff location (close to east putney station) car park
nice staff near tranportation some shope services
price litle bed high not including beakfast Internet service wasn't that good
Free Car parking Access to the Tube Station Good signal on the Wi FI Excellent breakfast with plenty of coffee
Newcastle Brown £4.10 a bottle
Excellent Dining Have made changes that now work
Car Parking is hit and miss Not told on Booking of construction works on site Shower needs de-scaling Drawer units dusty with handles loose
Reception excellent. Room very clean. Bed fine.
The guests above and next door could be heard walking about so noise proofing of rooms could be better. Would be nice to be offered bath or shower online booking.
It is near where a friend lives and relatively easy to get into Central London. There have been continued improvements made since I first stayed here
The stairs can be a bit of an issue for many rooms. I am always intrigued by its 'habit' ( longstanding) of bar staff disappearing on other duties while there are customers in the bar.
A very enjoyable stay, staff were very helpful and we were made to feel very welcome.
Most of the staff were helpful. Wi-Fi was easy to connect and reliable. Rooms always clean.
The level of service around customer care and satisfaction was average...
Receptionist happy to move us to a larger room, very grateful but room was drab
Ground floor twin room very small with window that didn't lock Restaurant menu limited, small plates lovely whilst salad bland & overpriced
Came down to visit finals weekend at Wimblebon. This hotel was within comfortable travelling distance - just a few hundred yards from East Putney railway station and one stop from Southfields. The hotel was clean and our room (36) was very quiet and set in the gardens at the back of the hotel.
Pillows were a bit firm but comfortable Room on ground floor but no safe provision of window security if, like us, you like to leave window open on warm nights. Noise from neighbours upstairs was very apparent when they came and went - doors that close quietly would help Neighbours above left at 0530-0600 and woke us as they clattered down the stairs with luggage and shut the noisy doors
Great location for Wimbledon tennis club. Very nice reception, bar, restaurant.
The rooms were like stepping back to the 1970s. Perhaps not all have yet been refurbished.
Staff were very friendly. The room and bathroom were very clean. Beds were comfortable and a good sized telly in the room
Location(tube), value, style, facilities.
Noise from planes
Proximity to tube
As some others have observed, the bedrooms can get very warm
The relaxed welcoming atmosphere.
Everything very comfortable and staff very helpful
This hotel suited our needs for location. It was neat, tidy and the executive room was very good. A lot of creaking of floorboards early in the morning was annoying. Overall, very good accommodation.
Liked the location as it's near to Wimbledon our reason for staying there.
Cost of breakfast. Didn't bother having breakfast as on previous stays here it wasn't value for money.
The rear garden area
Small room with sloping ceiling made it feel uncomfortable
Location and onsite parking. great breakfast
Thought for the price we paid breakfast could have been included
The room size was very good with comfy beds
Great location for Wimbldon and ample parking - all hassle free!
