the hotel is nicely decorated and pleasant to be in

I was given room 61 - this was very small, garden level The curtain rail was broken There was no water in the room There were no face-cloths to wash There was absolutely no where to leave my clothes except hanging room so I had to keep my clothes in the suitcase There was no safe in the room

The location was great

The room was very small, shower was pathetic and there was a corridor we had to walk through to get to the room which smelt terrible

We only stayed for i night as we were visiting our son who is at university in London. The room was very warm and clean and we had a good nights sleep. The breakfast was very good We would have liked to have stopped longer.

Room was i little bit too warm for us.

Nothing this time. Enjoyed the room and the full experience last time. It is round the corner from my sons flat and the intention was to stay 3/ 4 times a year! Not now

Booked a double room and got two singles, no bath and the room was very very small. This was my 2nd stay and no way as good as my first. Thought breakfast was included and it was not! Had to pay cash at the bar or go back to reception to organise(really)they alrwady has my card details. Paid in advance

every floorboard in the room creaked which was most annoying and you cant turn on the shower without getting wet

Hotel was very clean, the staff were extremely friendly. It was nice because the hotel was located just a few minutes walk from the tube station. I would recommend this to anyone.

It was bit awkward taking a shower in the small bathtub because of the low angled ceiling. However, it was not a huge inconvenience.

Clean room, free wi-fi. Location close to tube station.

False fire alarm in the early hours.

The staff were very helpful in resoving the 'room issue' and the breakfast room staff were great..

Initial room allocated was cold and heating did not work...this happened to us here before.........

Penny pinching attitude of staff. Room located above private functions with associated noise for 2 of 3 nights stayed. Room advertised as excutive twin was too small be considered exectuive. Narrow corridors and access to rooms.

Location is great, right near a tube station and in the middle of putney

Clean rooms, nicely furnished, lovely and warm. Good food both at evening meal and breakfast

No lift, I was on the second floor with lots of bags! Apart from that, no other gripes

Could hear doors slamming thorough out the night. The waterfall shower...was misleading. Wasn't powerful just dribbled Luke warm water. The kettle had lime scale.

It was sold as being a major refurb, compared to it's previous owner, but changes were limited. The executive rooms were very small and cramped and my friend had a standard single room in the attic which was very cramped.

Convient to where I needed to be. Comfortable, clean with excellent decore.

Slightly expensive in comparison to some city centre hotels.

The personal service, and the staff were helpful and obliging with our personal needs and requests.

My only criticism isn't actually aimed at the hotel. The receptionist kindly arranged a taxi for me which was Unfortunatly just over 10 mins late. The receptionist recalled the company however they overcharged me for my journey (£14 and I paid £6) on the way back. Maybe you should ditch that taxi company!

The shower in my room didn't work correctly because almost no water came out so I could use it so I wasn't very happy at all. On the up side the hotel did not therefore charge me for breakfast so I appreciate that they did their best to make it up to me.

The location as my daughter lived so close in Keswick Road and it was a 5 min walk to her flat. The Lodge Hotel has a lovely bar and sitting areas. The food was also very good the two nights we dined in. Liked the fact it had an ironing board, iron and also tea/coffee facilities in the rooms.

The first room my sister and I had was very small but on return we upgraded, paid a little extra and had a lovely large room downstairs.
