The location was excellent for the purpose of our visit, the marriage of our granddaughter at Ifield church. The staff were very friendly & helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
The traffic noise but we live in rural Dorset so it is a totally different environment for us.
I thought the rooms were a little smelly smelt of stale body odour, should keep windows open to air
The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. We would highly recommend the full english breakfast. It was very good.
The staff were very friendly and helpful
The room seemed to have a smell of an ex smoking bedroom
Did what it said on the web page
Bed was a little hard for us
the breakfast excellent
Everything, staff, rooms, breakfast was excellent, lot,of,choice, well prepared, hot and replenishing all the time
Good location , very easy to find and a comfortable hotel with good size rooms . We had a twin room with very comfortable beds. We came in late the night porter was on duty - very helpful .
The shower didnt work very well . Ended up having a cold shower.
Location, close to M2. Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent breakfast. Free newspapers available.
Very limited menu for bar food and no cask ale available.
My room was number 1 right behind the bar, I asked for a quiet room as I had traveled up from Penzance and wanted a quiet night before my meeting at 9am the following morning, I was more tired the following day than I was traveling up to the hotel. There was more people passing my door than there was on the motorway that night.
The food was terrible. Dinner from a soup-kitchen Even breakfast was smelling rancid
Free and fast wifi. Very good staff in restaurant.
Appalling value for money; £17.99 for a very very ordinary meal that would have cost less than £10 elsewhere.
The very friendly staff. Comfortable room
No Shaving light or mirror over wash basin. Menu was a bit poor for evening meals. Value for money was not quite there 6/10
conveniently placed. friendly good parking.comfortable room which was quiet.
bathroom door handle loose but we have mentioned this to the staff now.
The staff were first excellant
Convenient stop off on route to France
Room is very clean although corridors were not impressive especially stairs etcThe
The room layout and cleanliness
Very comfortable beds. Booked 3 rooms for family wedding party. Didn't arrive to book in until after 1.30 a.m. but no problem at all !! Good breakfast and rooms large and clean.
A good hotel with friendly staff.
No hot water in the early morning - Had to boil a kettle to wash...
Staff excellent night porter very helpful
Restaurant close to early
Comfortable and quiet
Although my reservation was for 2 nights I was given a wifi pass for 24 hours
Could hear everything in the next rooms and sceaming and shouting doors closing. Was no need to set our alarm cos we was woken by people. Lady on reception was pleasant but never asked how our stay was . All she said was card .. pin.. bye .. paul
24 Hour Check-In Very close to M2 Rooms on ground floor (Quiet considering the traffic nearby) Clean and tidy Friendly staff Good Breakfast Good Value
Shower operation a bit odd. Had cold water coming out of the bath taps and scolding hot coming out of the shower...
Premises were a little tired looking in need of updating
Friendly staff and close to M2 which was convenient that day. I asked for a quiet room at the corridor and got both. Decent TV and nice to have easy chairs in addition to bed to sit on. Hotel security seemed good, including car park.
Breakfast cost £12.95 so I ate elsewhere. Shower spontaneously got very hot every now and then.
