We were welcommed warmly welcomed by the local British staff. We got our key, and the extra bed was arranged shortly. The distance to Bluewater Shopping and London is reasonable, even it is next to the m2, you donot hear the traffic at all. Food is value for money, and staff pleasant. Unfortunately they forgot to heat the room, and forgot to inform us how the system was working, so the room was chilly during the night. We brought our own extra blankets, so we kept the heat.

Unfortunately not a good one. Not sure what was the superior part of the room. The cold water tap didn't work in the sink & I burnt & blistered my skin on my right arm from the towel rail, which we reported, just a simple sorry will inform the manager are you paying by card was the response . As for the power cut, which was local, the hotels main concern was the 165 diners they had booked in that evening not the residents. The staff had a smile, & greeted you. Should have filled in their customer form but the burn was blistering and just wanted to get home. Sorry I hate to moan Caroline Marsden

Staff were happy & attentive, food was fresh & well cooked (carvery), hotel was clean and well presented, good free parking, close to through- route. A well run operation. Overall an unexpectedly good experience. I will certainly use this hotel again when next in the area.

I stayed here with my 9 year old son as we were taking part in the South bmx Championships at the new Cyclopark Centre. Being so close was a real bonus and although not 100% secure, I felt safe leaving the bikes in the car in the carpark. Staff were great and both dinner and breakfast were very nice. Although tasty, the breakfast was relatively expensive, particularly with no childs menu (my 9 year old doesn't eat as much as me!). It would be good to get a b&b price tather than room only if possible.

The receptionist was pleasant and friendly. The hotel was conveniently situated for where I wanted to be. When we woke in the morning there was no hot water in the shower of our room. Staff came to check, and were unable to make the hot water come from the shower. After a long wait, as time was running out for us to check out, I had a bath but was unable to wash my hair. I felt very uncomfortable leaving the hotel, and for the rest of the day, as I had not been able to wash my hair since the night before. I requested a reduction in the bill, and was told by the receptionist that she could not do that, but that I should make a complaint and request a refund. She took my details.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and very convenient for our stay in the area as we were at a wedding in Bexley Heath. It had all the facilities which we love and we were pleased with the breakfast provided. We rang reception to ask for bath towels as we only had hand towels but they werent delivered to our door as requested. So we hadnt any bath towels for our overnight stay.

Clean, good parking, location near Ebbsfleet International. Good size room, even if slightly dated.Receptionist very cheerful and helpful. Not being told there was no restauarant on Friday night. So called full menu at bar I.E. Pizza, Sausage and Mash, Burgers etc. very disappointing. Bar staff poorly or not trained at all. Wine slopped on table while being poured and having to ask for splashes to be wiped. .
