Best Western Mostyn Hotel

Super Lage. Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Tür bzw. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu erreichen.

Die zentrale Lage ist sehr angenehm. Das Hotel kann mit dem Bus vom Flughafen Stansted direkt angefahren werden. Das Personal in der Rezeption und der Conserge waren sehr freundlich und korrekt.

Kein brauchbares Stiegenhaus und ein sehr alter Lift. Man konnte nicht einmal vom ersten Stock ins Erdgeschoß gehen. Daher enstanden sehr lange Wartezeiten.

Die Lage ist perfekt! Bus vor der Tür, Oxford Street,... trotzdem absolut ruhige Lage! Wasserkocher im Zimmer!

Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden - Blick in einen Lichtschacht.

das hotel liegt perfekt um london zu erkunden, auch bushaltestellen zu den flughäfen oder in andere städte sind in der nähe, das zimmer war großzügig und sauber, das personal ist 24std an der rezeption zu erreichen und hilft, der preis war für ein hotel in london und in dieser lage unschlagbar gut -allerdings ist london in dieser hinsicht schon teuer, das zimmer lag zum hinterhof und war ruhig

wir hatten am ersten tag in der dusche nur kaltes wasser, nachdem wir dies an der rezeption gemeldet haben wurde dies beseitigt.

The location of the Best Western Mostyn hotel was great! Near to the undeground and exactly in the city center.

However, it is not a cheap hotel rooms are too small for this money. Not perfect money value hotel.

I liked the fact that they made you feel welcome every time you walked in the lobby. They attended every need with no problems at all.

Yes, even the executive rooms were very small and our room faced the noisy street. I have requested a quiet room but although they have tried to replace me there wasnt any room available. However, I have enjoyed staying in the hotel because you feel very welcomed and the staff is good.

The stuff was forthcoming and helpfull, and it seemed that any request will be treated quickly and efficiently. The room was cleaned and refreshed every day, and the location is superb

The 'double' room has very limited 'storage' space. I think this is something that has to be improved, as there is just a very narrow closet, with an ironing board taking up a lot of space therein. The only other space available are two drawers, both containing already stuff - a coffee and tea tray in the one and a hair- dryer in the other, so one has to live off ones suitcase....

wireless signal insufficient in thr rooms, tv set with bad image quality

Good location and good basic accomodation for a reasonable price in London City Centre. Staff were very friendly and our room was ready early which was great.

The room was very comfortable , food good , very close to oxford street , staff very helpful .

The flat screen tv in our room made a buzzing sound and the picture quality was snowie. Also when you had a shower it made a puddle on the bathroom floor.and even thou it had double glazing unit the sound from the street could still be heared as we were over the main enterance . these items may sound negative but no hotel is ever perfect , we still enjoyed our stay the room was very nice and big

It was clean, staff were efficient, services were good

the staff were so friendly and helpful. the food was just devine with an excellent selection to suit all types of eaters, the room was fantastic. it was a pleasure to go back to the air conditioned room as the weather wae roasting. ideally situated just 2 minut walk from oxford street.

not a thing i really enjoyed my stay price was a little high though.
