My only negative is that my daughter and i were put in the disabled executive twin room with only a disabled shower (no bath), a very small low sink and room is located almost in reception and can be a little disruptive with phones ringing and guests talking until late. |

I had previously stayed at this hotel and was always very satisfied. However this time the hotel has undergone a major refurbishment which made it an even more pleasurable experience. It is so great to find the same familiar friendly porters still working there. Not applicable |

As a member of the Best Western Reward programme I was given a large and quiet room. Which is not common in London. The price was reasonnable. Decoration, furniture and TV set are getting a bit out of date. |

Very good location near Oxford Street and Marble Arch tube station. Very helpfull staff and a nice room. The only problem - but a big problem - was much noise from the street due to old windows. New windows to reduce noise from the street. |

The central position close to Oxford Street, Marble Arch and the good size of the rooms Soap and other consumables in the room were weak, the soap dispenser was placed too high for anyone wanting to use it whilst seated in a bath. The TV had very bad reception and very few stations, not even BBC news |

The room was comfortable and when arrived in the morning check in was great very polite. When i arrived in the evening to get my room as when checked in the morning my room wasnt avaialble. The person behind the counter was saracastic, rude and would put me of staying in your hotel again. The before mentioned is a complaint. Another point you should look at is your cleaners when asked questions cannot understand English. |

Its location is excellent, situated in central London one minute walk to oxford, the service is ok. The hallways and stairs within the floor(each floor has two levels) needs maintenance, as sometimes you hear sound of the wood cracking under your feet. |

the heating did not work in my roon, it was snowing outside, and my room was under 15 degrees celcius, they gave me a small heater- which was unsufficient and loud, my wife and i returned sick from our vacation, i was asked not to be charged for this night ( out of 2 that i spent there), they offered a discount of 60 pounds only. the rate that i paid was 120 pounds per night. |

Perhaps the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |
Located near the centre of London near Marble Arch. Friendly small hotel offering comfort and courteous service located close to Hyde Park, and Oxford Street. |
The Marylebone Hotel is just a short walk from Oxford Circus, Soho, fashionable Bond Street, Hyde Park and the new Abercrombie & Fitch store on Savile Row. |
The Sussex Hotel is a delightful hotel in one of the most sought-after locations in London's Marble Arch. Located next to Hyde Park, Oxford Street and Bond Street, it is ideal for both work and play. |
