Cleanliness, proximity to Marble Arch tube station & Oxford St. Friendly & helpful concierge & bell hop staff. Comfortable rooms though a little small for 2 adults. However it was well priced for what we got.Though we had minor problems we would still use this hotel again as it was in an ideal location for sightseeing with 2 teenagers & nice ambience in bar if u fancy a drink at night. Rooms too hot.Unable to open windows at night due to traffic noise.TV Didnt work properly & 2 calls to reception over 2 days to have it chkd/fixed unsuccessful. One of Front desk staff rude when explaining their error in my bill on checkout & not a bit apologetic.Fire & Spice restaurant open til 10pm tho chef not pleased when we ordered late dinner at 9.30pm.even tho I had chkd we didn't need to book.We just ordered 1 course & as we finished were asked if we wanted anything else as kitchen was closing.Food was lovely! Careful if ordering chicken salad sandwich from bar/mine was chicken only diced with peppers not salad. Allergic so had to wait for plain chicken sandwich. |

I liked the fact that they made you feel welcome every time you walked in the lobby. They attended every need with no problems at all. Yes, even the executive rooms were very small and our room faced the noisy street. I have requested a quiet room but although they have tried to replace me there wasnt any room available. However, I have enjoyed staying in the hotel because you feel very welcomed and the staff is good. |

The staff were excellent very professional, curteous and helpful. The location was ideal as we came to see a show in the palladium and of course to shop so we were right beside everything. A very enjoyable experience, we hope to be back at another time and would have no problem recommending this hotel to our family and friends. a question below asks about reviews of the hotel I havnt actually read the reviews! |

The stuff was forthcoming and helpfull, and it seemed that any request will be treated quickly and efficiently. The room was cleaned and refreshed every day, and the location is superb The 'double' room has very limited 'storage' space. I think this is something that has to be improved, as there is just a very narrow closet, with an ironing board taking up a lot of space therein. The only other space available are two drawers, both containing already stuff - a coffee and tea tray in the one and a hair- dryer in the other, so one has to live off ones suitcase.... |

The location was perfect for sightseeing and shopping. The room was a good size and was very comfortable, clean and had the option of air conditioning. Most of the staff were very helpful and courteous. The guest services book in the room said that a jug of water could be ordered for the room and the service was available 24 hours. On returning to our room at 11.00 p.m. we rang reception and asked if we could have a jug of water. We were told that there was nobody availble to bring it to us and that the water in the taps was alright to drink - not very satisfactory! The book also stated that Sky tv was availble but this was not the case. |

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable, all hotel staff were friendly, nice food in the restaurant. Good price. Cleaning staff started pretty early and were fairly noisy. Was a good place to stay nevertheless. |

The room was very comfortable , food good , very close to oxford street , staff very helpful . The flat screen tv in our room made a buzzing sound and the picture quality was snowie. Also when you had a shower it made a puddle on the bathroom floor.and even thou it had double glazing unit the sound from the street could still be heared as we were over the main enterance . these items may sound negative but no hotel is ever perfect , we still enjoyed our stay the room was very nice and big |

Staff were very friendly and accommodating.Fantastic location for Oxford Street, the Underground and very handy for Europcar Rental pick-up which is in the same street. The air-conditioning was a bit difficult to control. |

The hotel is a couple of blocks away from Oxford St, particularly Primark/Next & M&S. Rooms are old and no wi-fi available. No minibar in the room as well! Internet cable was provided but it was out of order the whole time. |

My only negative is that my daughter and i were put in the disabled executive twin room with only a disabled shower (no bath), a very small low sink and room is located almost in reception and can be a little disruptive with phones ringing and guests talking until late. |

I had previously stayed at this hotel and was always very satisfied. However this time the hotel has undergone a major refurbishment which made it an even more pleasurable experience. It is so great to find the same familiar friendly porters still working there. Not applicable |
