Best Western Mostyn Hotel

Que esta bastante bien situado, la habitacion era grande y el baño muy bien

Las camas malisimas, unos colchones y somieres que salias que te dolia todo el cuerpo,la habitacion daba a un patio y por la noche habia mucho ruido, no hay secador de pelo

localizacion del hotel, relacion calidad precio. Confortable. No puedo comentar desayuno porque no desayuné allí. tranquilo, silencioso.

El emplazamiento. La atención de muchos de los empleados, la recepción (excepto la nocturna), la conserjería y la limpiadora.

Ha estado todo muy correcto.

Está en un sitio fantástico, además, Jose, el de recepción es un gran profesional que nos ha ayudado mucho. Teniendo en cuenta que es Londres, el contar con una persona así en recepción, es un lujo que no se paga con dinero.

Ubicación excelente al lado de la parada de metro i autobus terravisión (traslado aeropuerto Luton) de Marbel Arch. El servicio de habitaciones inmejorable, muylimpio y confortable.

Habitacion algo pequeña;muy ruidosa(nada de aislamiento en la ventana a la calle)

Cleanliness, proximity to Marble Arch tube station & Oxford St. Friendly & helpful concierge & bell hop staff. Comfortable rooms though a little small for 2 adults. However it was well priced for what we got.Though we had minor problems we would still use this hotel again as it was in an ideal location for sightseeing with 2 teenagers & nice ambience in bar if u fancy a drink at night.

Rooms too hot.Unable to open windows at night due to traffic noise.TV Didnt work properly & 2 calls to reception over 2 days to have it chkd/fixed unsuccessful.One of Front desk staff rude when explaining their error in my bill on checkout & not a bit apologetic.Fire & Spice restaurant open til 10pm tho chef not pleased when we ordered late dinner at 9.30pm.even tho I had chkd we didn't need to book.We just ordered 1 course & as we finished were asked if we wanted anything else as kitchen was closing.Food was lovely! Careful if ordering chicken salad sandwich from bar/mine was chicken only diced with peppers not salad. Allergic so had to wait for plain chicken sandwich.

The staff were excellent very professional, curteous and helpful. The location was ideal as we came to see a show in the palladium and of course to shop so we were right beside everything. A very enjoyable experience, we hope to be back at another time and would have no problem recommending this hotel to our family and friends.

The location was perfect for sightseeing and shopping. The room was a good size and was very comfortable, clean and had the option of air conditioning. Most of the staff were very helpful and courteous.

The guest services book in the room said that a jug of water could be ordered for the room and the service was available 24 hours. On returning to our room at 11.00 p.m. we rang reception and asked if we could have a jug of water. We were told that there was nobody availble to bring it to us and that the water in the taps was alright to drink - not very satisfactory! The book also stated that Sky tv was availble but this was not the case.

It's convenience to my activities in London, cleanliness and price

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable, all hotel staff were friendly, nice food in the restaurant. Good price.

Cleaning staff started pretty early and were fairly noisy. Was a good place to stay nevertheless.
