the staff were lovely and very helpfull when we arrived we found that the resevation we made had not been made having a nightmare trying 2 find the hotel i realy didnt need 2 hear this news but the receptionist told us luckily you still had rooms then promptly found us a room . |

good location for shopping, near underground tube station. lots of noise in the rooms from pipes system as well as from the street.had to change rooms but it did not help |

the hotel porter was lovely and friendly. its in a great location for shopping. i had to wait for an internet cable to be able to use the internet so i was 2 days without access in my room. my tv was broken for the entire stay and my heating/air con was broken and i reported it broken and it was not fixed. |

Great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Indian restaurant around the corner is nice. The heater was noisy and cannot be controlled from the room, only from the reception. |

The location is very convenient, the room was spotless and staff were very friendly and professional. Breakfast wasn't included - fine we were told in advance. But herbal teas for breakfast were at extra charge, I don't drink coffee or normal black tea so it was a bit disappointing.. |

the welcomed staff and they are helpful to make my staying a wonderful. air conditioning is either too hot or too cold cant control well from there centralized system for each room. Also during my stay the main elevator was broken and we intend to use the stuff which was very very narrow to accept 2 persons max. we face problem becouse of the child car. |

I stayed there while in London on Business and did not spend much time at the hotel. However, the lounge/bar facilities, the tea/coffee facilities in the rooms (the hot chocolate was a nice touch) and the best was the magnifying mirror with light in the bathroom was fantastic. Some of the ladies at reception were not very friendly. |

Location...able to do all I needed around London with the minimum of hassle not everything clicked at the same time and irritations like not having working internet and waiting for amenities for long periods were annoying.To be fair the receptionist remembered this and upgraded me on my second stay |

The room was tiny and expensive for its size. It consisted of a single bed and the entire room was no more than eight feet wide. In addition (despite a non smoking policy) the room smelt of stale smoke, was dated and somewhat neglected. |

The location of the Best Western Mostyn hotel was great! Near to the undeground and exactly in the city center. However, it is not a cheap hotel rooms are too small for this money. Not perfect money value hotel. |

Cleanliness, proximity to Marble Arch tube station & Oxford St. Friendly & helpful concierge & bell hop staff. Comfortable rooms though a little small for 2 adults. However it was well priced for what we got.Though we had minor problems we would still use this hotel again as it was in an ideal location for sightseeing with 2 teenagers & nice ambience in bar if u fancy a drink at night. Rooms too hot.Unable to open windows at night due to traffic noise.TV Didnt work properly & 2 calls to reception over 2 days to have it chkd/fixed unsuccessful.One of Front desk staff rude when explaining their error in my bill on checkout & not a bit apologetic.Fire & Spice restaurant open til 10pm tho chef not pleased when we ordered late dinner at 9.30pm.even tho I had chkd we didn't need to book.We just ordered 1 course & as we finished were asked if we wanted anything else as kitchen was closing.Food was lovely! Careful if ordering chicken salad sandwich from bar/mine was chicken only diced with peppers not salad. Allergic so had to wait for plain chicken sandwich. |

I liked the fact that they made you feel welcome every time you walked in the lobby. They attended every need with no problems at all. Yes, even the executive rooms were very small and our room faced the noisy street. I have requested a quiet room but although they have tried to replace me there wasnt any room available. However, I have enjoyed staying in the hotel because you feel very welcomed and the staff is good. |
