Just the convenience of being on Oxford Street The state of the hotel was digusting.Although a refurbuishment is going on they are just doing the exteriors up - the standard of our bedroom was that of a hostel with mots things falling apart.There also was no ramp to get into the hotel something I thought they would have put in by now. |

Ideal location for what I was doing. The checking in process was slow. They did not seem to be very organised in reception and had difficulty coping with more than one person checking in at the same time. They also delivered a newspaper to the room which had not been ordered. |

The stairwell was closed for renovation on my arrrival and, due to my inability to use lifts, I was immediately offered an upgrade to an exec room on the ground floor. The room wasn't ready but, as I was in a hurry, the lady at reception organised for the room to be prepared straight away. All of that I consider to be exceptional service. |

Room and bathroom was modern/hip decorated and very comfy bed. Good location, 3 min. next to Marble arch tube, and around corner of oxford street. Airport taxi service. Concierge services. For a double executive room a bit small but oke. No mini-bar but teamaker,tea and cookies were fine. Limited t.v. channels. Even when airco switched off it was cold, so take a vest/thick pyama with you. Staff friendly but chaotic so it takes a bit more time to check in/check out etc. No roomservice (only breakfast) |

Good location. Close to main street. Ideal for those who spend all day outside and only need the room to sleep The receptionists were not able to answer any questions we asked about the area, housekeeping knocked on our door three times asking us what time we would be checking out, alot of noise from outside could be heard from our room, no iron in room |
