The staff were very helpful regarding my intolerance to dairy & eggs...and accomodated my needs. The spa was a real treat & very relaxing. We enjoyed our whole stay and thought it was good value for money! |

Nice warm room and view of gardens. Friendly and helpful staff. Car park was full when we arrived. I had to park 200m away until later when it cleared. |

Easy access to "Princess"room The only dischord was.The woman who after using the pool with four young children, left them to run amok in the "Garden bar", whilat using her mobile phone unconcerned. |

the hotel and the room itself was fine but they hadnt recieved the information that i sent about having a disabled parent with me and we were put on the 1st floor! we did get the room changed but i had to spend the night on a put me up bed which collapsed in the middle of the night |

Breakfast and quiet Decor a little tired. Complicated layout. Trouser press was damaged. It was over priced for the quality of accommodation. Also the swimming pool was not included in the details advertised on web site. |

The Bath Room! A lovely hotel but smelt a little musty. Could have done with some air freshner. Dont think it was stale smoke. |
