Independently owned and run, Best Western Victoria Square is set on a leafy Georgian square in fashionable Clifton. With free Wi-Fi and limited free parking, it is just 1 mile from Bristol's centre. Comfortable, clean and friendly with reasonable parking. Great location for nearby restaurants and shopping. Room a little small and a bit noisy if you are on the side near the nightclub but this is just being picky. these things wouldn't stop me staying there.

Clean & attractive. Well kept stairways, carpet & wall decoration. Smart room with a decent shower. The price. Booked on morning of check in date, believe the price could be lowered 20% or more.

The location was very convenient and the car park, though crowded, was useful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My 'double' room was at the very top of the house in what must have been an attic bedroom - 3rd floor, no lift and quite small. Luckily I was alone as this would have been very small for two people.

Location was us was excellent. Bus stop for town bus and open top bus at the door so easy access to town and a short walk in to Clifton village with lots of lovely places to eat. Lovely clean bright room with comfortable bed, very helpful staff and an excellent breakfast. Ticked all my boxes. I have stayed here before and if in Bristol in the futere will do so again. The weather might have been better lol

The Staff were very friendly and helpful. When the light in our en suite was not working, the receptionist had no problem with replacing the fuse straight away. The cooked breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for our visit to Bristol, which was so my daughter could have a look at the university. The only fault I have, was that our room (232) was cold. The radiator did not seem to be working

Great location, quiet but close to shops and restaurants, very convenient on-site parking, attractive period building in a leafy square, spacious room with clean modern bathroom, tasty breakfast in pleasant setting, smiling and helpful staff! No complaints!

Fantastic situation for restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere,comfortable bedroom and good breakfast. The key card wasnt reliable and sometimes would not unlock the doors.

the location was great and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Nice room breakfast was disapointing. Come down at 08.40 (closed at 09.00) The cooked food was dried up and jam pots were almost empty. Didn't expect that from that hotel

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. A very good breakfast. Very good base for exploring Clifton and the city of Bristol without driving. bathroom was rather small.

Room 206 was spacious and modern, decor nice and light .. Bed very comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee. Found toilet very difficult to flush.

Very good location in Clifton. Breakfast good and staff friendly. We have previously stayed in this hotel in a far superior room for the same price. Noisy room underneath the kitchen. We were woken up early by overhead movement in the kitchen and disturbed by kitchen fan outside window. Window looked out on 5 foot wall. Very disappointing!

The room was great - clean with a huge opening window for fresh air which was a joy. Good value. The stairs with a heavy suitcase and no lift were very awkward. Hard self service eggs for breakfast and very ordinary sliced bread. Freshly cooked eggs would be much nicer and bread to cut as needed with some quality.
