Everything was fine really,Staff very friendly

There could have been more things done to make sure the disabled room(which I was in) was safer. e.g. the toilet seat was loose and I nearly finished up on the floor, which would not have been an ideal place for me, or the hotel, to be.

the bedside tables and the tables and chairs in the breakfast area need some attention. They are scratched and marked. Otherwise OK

it was very convenient for the family event we were attending. the staff we all friendly and helpful. it was good value for money

We liked the rooms- they were clean and comfortable. The reception staff both in the evening and the morning were very pleasant and helpful.

The service for meals was of a low standard. I had to get up and find staff when I needed cutlery etc. The evening staff were polite and helpful. The morning waitress was 'idiosyncratic'.

Convenient for what our needs were.

Kept awake by noise coming from one of the other guest rooms. It went on from 2am until 5am. Attempted to contact reception but no one replied. Complained in the morning at check out but no interest was shown. Not at all satisfactory. Please pass this on to the manager of the hotel. Thank you.

Friendly staff

The food was dreadful. I ordered room service (beef sandwich) and didn't eat it as it was poor.

It;s in a very convenient location for me and the staff are very helpful and pleasant and the price is reasonable.

Although the internet worked I found it difficult to access Hotmail.

I was desperate to get some sleep as I was working most of the night. The cleaning equipment room was across the hall from my room. Even though I had a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on my door and Check-out was only till 11am. The cleaning staff was hanging around in the hallway, chatting very loudly disturbing my rest from after 8am.

The price it was excellent value for money and exceeded my expectations for the price.

After reading a few negative reviews I was pleased to find that the hotel was absolutely fine,lovely room too.

Facilities, very good for the price range.

The dividing wall between the bathroom and bedroom was damp, smelled damp and as a result a large area of flaking paint. The mattress was worn to the point that both occupants slid to the middle, it was extremely difficult to sleep in two half's.

in need of a makeover really badly! the hotel looks like a youth hostel or a working mens club, it smells of old people and cabbage and the decor is very dated. Cobwebs in the bathroom, smelly throw cushions that clearly don't get washed, no security locks or chains on the internal doors, windows opening directly on to the car park meaning noise and stink. Little choice for evening meal, and no information in rooms for restaurant/tv channels/local area/facilities

It is very convinient for my purpose of business and is not too far from the city centre.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past and have been made very welcome. The staff have always been friendly . The hotel is just around the corner from our daughter and family so we are more than happy with the location

Very comfy bed - had a great night's sleep. Staff super.

Tv hanging off the wall. Lighting in room - impossible to just have bedside lights on so you have to get out of bed to turn off the room lights! Staff immediately bought me a lamp when I queried this. Apparently this is how it is here, in most of the rooms. Bizarre - but well done to the staff. Breakfast - awful food, couldn't eat the sausages, eggs overcooked. But fruit and toast ok and there was peanut butter for a pleasant change

the room was quiet dirty, the seal around the bath was dirty, the room itself was not cleaned to a good standard. the walls between the rooms are paper thin. the food in the evening was both limited and poor. the breakfast buffet was cold.

No hot water in the morning so cold shower!! Not good! Also very noisy could do with better sound proofing in rooms.

The location and free parking.

Due to wedding function next door, it can get noisy during the night. No wi-fi, would have been useful to have.
