Located close to my daughters house Staff attitude was cold not only on arrival but throughout our stay. The restaurant prices were too high so had to go out to eat. Same with breakfast. Hotel had awful smell in corridoors and room. Room dusty, and several places unclean in bathroom. Lots of noise up to 3am with people coming in late. A thoroughly miserable stay. I wouldn't use Best Western again.

It was a convenient location for us to stay while attending a funeral in Wigston The accommodation was fairly basic - pillows hard - bed too low for my disabled husband. Toilet also too low, toilet roll holder in wrong position. Walk in shower with bench seat needed for disabled use.

Restaurant let the whole place down the service was shocking there was I lady serving and stephen running the bar. The female kept shouting at the guy and telling him off in front of everbody. My mother ordered sirloin roast with Yorkshire pudding and I ordered 10oz gammon steak with chips. Both were extremely poor.it looked like my chips which had been left in fryer for far too long nearly black and halves of new potato heavily deep fried the sirlion was not eaten fatty.Yes we should of complained we had been up since 4am at Silverstone.wanted a good meal and bed. Hence we went to mcdonalds for breakfast not hotel not impressed. Booked which it wasrestraunt 12 people and I guess that it could cater for 50 with a hotel fully . The hotel manager was great friendly welcome and room very good for cost.

Used this hotel on 2 occasions for nights out in the city. Is perfect for this. Slightly dated decor but modern furnishings ie flatscreen tv. Very clean good tea/coffee facilities and friendly helpful staff. On busy road into city but suprisingly peaceful so win win really, great for short city stopovers.

Good value for money hotel. Cleanliness of room and facilities was top class. The only thing we did not like during the whole stay was the limited amount of tea / coffee / biscuits etc. allocated for a 24 hour period. And the fact that the pillows were hard and uncomfortable.

The location was very convenient and easy to find. The food was the best I have eaten in an hotel for a very long time. Seared Tuna with Mango Salad perfect. Although porridge was not on the menu, the chef made me some and it was gorgeous. I was not disturbed with noise in the night. The hall way and landing up to the rooms smelled very strongly of stale cigarette smoke.

Comfortable bed, quiet room I had some difficulty turning the taps on and off - possibly would be a problem for anyone with arthritic hands.

“The swimming pool was fantastic! Got everything that we would've wanted for to relax and the staff were so kind and friendly! I did enjoyed my stay and the location is fantastic because it is near to Fosse Park - which had a huge range of shopping center! Would advise this to anyone who just want a nice weekend out!” Emma, Reading |
