The breakfast was excellent!
Didn't feel particularly welcome.
Chap on reception very friendly and helpful. We were going to a party later in the night and asked if we could store some food we were taking in the kitchen to keep cool - not a problem. Only 1 towel in bedroom so asked for another & replaced straight away.
Shower wasn't very powerful
Nothing in particular
Heating did not work-arrived to a cold room around 9.30 at night. Receptionist said heating was timed and would come on later, if not I should come back in the morning and let them know. Went back later and asked for a portable heater which was delivered about 20 mins later. Carpet was very dirty. Room cleaning was poor.
staff very helpful and friendly room clean, warm spacious and comfortable room nice moder decor wifi really fast
breakfast was average - could be improved especially choices for vegetarians
Freindly receptionist - took payment the night before as I was going to be out by 6am
The room was freezing, there was no hot water and a bit of a funny smell, like someone had been smoking in there. Whole place needs a facelift.
It was very close to our friends home. A big and easy car park. Easy to find, with it being on the main road. No road noise. A wonderful breakfast.
No lift. I have difficulty with stairs both up or down. I am registered Disabled. I did not let the hotel know I was disabled. So I cannot complain.
Good staff. Lovely spacious room, good sized bathroom, nice towels and very comfortable beds!
We have stayed at the Beverley neumourous times and enjoyed the experience but the last visit wasn't has pleasant as I specified with Booking.com a room between 22-34 as we had stayed in the majority of the the rooms on many previous visit. So I thought a change was in order and specified a room between 22-34. As we arrived we were put into a room where there was dust on top of the wodrobes and was very noisy as it was situated next to an outside extractor air con unit. I asked to bemoved, they obliged, the new room was fare better but no remote for the TV and the shower head was not working properly. Congratulations though for the sandwiches we ordered previously brought to our room at 21.00 at night and the wonderful breakfast served with a smile.
The room service and breakfast with a smile.
Needs a good dust
privat parking, wifi on the room.
Linen and towels were of good quality, bed was very comfortable, and bedding was exceptionally well presented
Room decor was extremely dated and very tired. Shower flow could be much improved, drizzle is faster.
Staff made arrangements for us to have breakfast out of hours and moved us instantly when we arrived and the previous occupant had obviously been smoking in the room. Room was comfy and Wi-Fi good - and great value for money
carpets were a bit stained
friendly, homely feel had got everything i needed for a comfortable stay. food was lovely, staff really cared
the shower was not powerful enough and the shower head would not stay in place it kept falling to the bottom of the rail
Staff as usual were very good Hotel was comfortable
Wifi, breakfast, location, parking
Small bed, dated fixtures/ tired/ noisy, shower broken, no light above mirror
Very helpful staff, value for money, good location.
Shower not very good, some fittings in room not fitting/loose. A number of bulbs not working, hotel a little tired looking.
Could not fault the hotel and staff Will be staying there for sure again
Having to go home
every thing this place is a real gem better then most 5 star hotels
Location lovely property Service and breakfast Bathroom great
Room curtains couldn't keep out blaring security light that went on and off throughout night maybe fix shield to top of light. Then boiler/extractor started up early hours felt like being in engine room on a ship so little sleep..only one set of towels in twin room.
Location and staff
Bit hot - no air conditioning
On entering the Beverly Hotel, I was immediately made welcome, and All the Staff I came in contact with were polite and nothing too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was very nice. I had the duck which was excellent.
The beds were uncomfortable and wobbly. The shower was weak.
I liked the price, the very helpful service, the comfort and the facilities.
Wasn't too keen on the view but it was only for one night and I paid a bargain price. I didn't like the family that took over the small bar area, placing their seating in such a way that no one else could get in. Very selfish!
I requested a quiet room, and water in the room, which I got. Attentive staff in the restaurant.
Hair dryer didn't work, tv could only be viewed from the bed, room was hot, even with the window wide open. A fan would have been nice, as would an iron and ironing board and a bigger hand towel. Restaurant staff had to double up on reception. Couldn't find anyone to serve at the bar.
