Good food, nice bar, friendly staff helpful and accomodating The carpets and furniture were stained and dirty. Damaged ceiling with mould. I expressed this on check out and was told it is up for renovation, however, I think the mould should not be in the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful The bar area (conservatory) really needs a lot of attention. Peeling wallpaper and dingy curtains are not attractive.

It was on a bus route intoWalsall and so it was handy to the bus centre for further travel. The hotel was warm friendly and welcoming. Emails re the location etc had been rep.ied to in a very welcoming manner. There was nothing I didn't like but In regard to your question about recommending Walsall,it is a typical Midlands town and not a holiday resort so it would be a convenient half way stop if one was wanted.

We stay in this hotel, when visiting my son and family. All members of staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. We now get the same room when we visit, a bit like being at home. The last time we stayed we were unsure whether to stay an extra day or not; the day of initial departure I asked if we could stay another night and it was arranged immediately no problems whatsoever.

Excellent room - quite a large room. Good standard of equipment etc. Faced the main road but extremely well soundproofed. Friendly staff. Clean. Good decor. Well situated. Can't think of anything other than some other (male) guests using bad language at breakfast - not the hotel's fault though.

We have stayed at the Beverley a number of times and have always found it to be comfortable and clean. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is always well presented, and very tasty. And Excellent value for money. We have stayed as a couple and with family and friends. Would recommend it. Sadly the first room we were given was not up to their usual standard. Carpet was dirty, chairs were Very Threadbare and the room had a not very clean smell to it. The bathroom was tiny. However we simply explained to the staff on reception and we were moved immediately.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I had to change the days my booking due to work commitments - the staff were very helpful and understanding. The food was of high quality and in the morning when I needed breakfast quickly, it arrived in good time and was excellent. A little bigger desk because I was working - but I managed.
