Close to the city centre , helpfull friendly staff , clean and comfortable .

The foyer and bar area very inviting. Room quite spacious and comfortable.

Small thing.Biscuits would be nice with tea/coffee facilities but certainly didn't detract.

Good service in bar at reasonable prices.

Double room when single booked. Asked for this to be remade into twins and not done. Triple room was booked, when turned up gave double and single and tried to charge for both. Had to get rooms sorted out. Beds VERY uncomfortable. Towels were small, no extra towels in room as promised. Lift smelt of cigarettes. Cost of breakfast too high.

Too many people in one bar. Saturday night was heaving and atmosphere not pleasant. Quite far from the city centre

Close to City and Elland Rd friendly. Staff were responsive. Room was good size.

Restaurant not open Sunday night and noise of music in bar on Saturday night. Could not hear bar staff and they could not hear me, had to point to items on menu. Some guests had no manners, untidy, noisy and allowed doors to slam shut at all hours, doors need to close quieter.

everything was cleaned, perfect . The staff kind and warming . And the wifi was free!

Dinner was a little bit expensive but good.

I was very annoyed to have requested a late check out and paid for this in advance only to be woken early by a man knocking on my door asking me to vacate. I was on nights that night and needed my sleep, very annoyed to be woken. Lack of communication. Also, was very annoyed to be harrased by security when taking a guest to my room when I had paid for a guest to stay. Really disastisfied!!!!

Excellent location --- for downtown and the rail station.

Parking was on site

No soap in the bathroom dispenser. No option to have a double bed for sole occupancy. No paper towels on the dispenser in the gym room. The vending machine was broken on my floor

Paying for the car park restaurant having a function and not in use for a meal on the Saturday night

Rooms were lovely and clean Security at night getting into hotel was good too

Lady on desk on arrival was very rude, also the dining room floor was unclean off putting when your trying to enjoy a meal

Didn't like lack of gym & information in rooms about facilities. I had to phone reception about 6 times asking them questions that could easily have been on a leaflet in the room.
