The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was lovely, it is just a shame there was a private function, on the Saturday evening and so therefore the restaurant was closed - it would have been nice if we had known this before going out for the day, we were looking forward to being able to eat in the restaurant after a day shopping!! Unfortunately there were several Stag and Hen party's on the Saturday night. I ended up getting out of my bed twice to ask people running up and down the corridors to stop and think of other guests (the last time I did this was 5.45am). I also tried calling down to reception but got no answer. I think I would think twice about staying at the hotel again! |

I like the location of the hotel and the overnight parking facility. The room was comfortable. I have stayed in the hotel twice and ordered room service on both occasions. The food was warm rather than hot. On one occasion I ordered fish and chips and a bottle of water, the quality of which was very poor for a price of £18. |

I found the hotel bar very nice and also the rooms was spacious Booked a double room but was giving a twin room with the beds joined together. So thier was a slight gap inbetween. |

The Bistro is comfortable and business friendly. Room clenliness ws poor. Quite a lot of Toe nail clippings on the floor. The room hadnt been vacumed. |

it was good the car parking i got in the car park and there was not one space so i had to park at the bottom of the ramp, so was worried about that why let people in the car park if there are no spaces |

I was at a party at the hotel and booked a room to stay over. i liked the fact that the function room was very close to the lift and stairs so that i could retreat to my room at any time with ease. i did not like the fact the bar was in a seperate room to the function room, meaning drinks were not easily accessable. also, the fact that parking was charged at £6 - not expensive i realise, however at most hotels you get parking free if you have paid to stay there. I would not rate the food that was served on the night either. |

Good location for town centre - short walk away. Check in staff were abrubt and rude and room was not very clean. Statyed here a year ago and hotel was really good - standard seems to have slipped since then. |
