Location was good and own on site underground parking was a real clincher after a five hour car journey. Three course meal in restaurant was £15 and was excellent. Will stay again next time on business to Leeds.

It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Easy access to city centre at an affordable price! It was good to be able to come home after an evening out and still be able to get a drink at the bar at 2am. We enjoyed our over night stay :0) I found not having a biscuit to go with the tea & coffee making facilities unusual for a hotel.

I thought the front desk service was wholly inadequate; only one person on duty, and the greeting perfunctory and slow. The breakfast was too large and too expensive. Why not a continental breakfast. And charging for the garage, not mentioned on the website, was outrageous. I would not come again.

Hotel is clean, well facilitated and staff are courtious. Very handy for Leeds City Centre shopping and cenral for travel to places of interest in the region. Food was good quality, though the self service with trays does detract from the experience, giving a "canteen" feeling in what is a very nicely appointed Bistro. The cost was excellent when compared to other hotels in the area. Finally, a minor point. Parking in the hotel car park is convienient, but I thought the chage for paying guests to be a negative. Parking charges.

It's clean and the staff are helpful As we were with children who were staying due to a swimming gala and we needed to be up early each morning being placed on the first floor above the noisy restaurant was not the best for us. Perhaps asking the reason for the stay and situating accordingly would help. The friends that came with us moved due to the noise on the Friday but also had a terrible night on the saturday due to yobs being very loud in the corridor and wanting to get into their rooms. She did think about complaining but you wouldn't have done anything. We would definately think twice about booking next year which is a shame as we stayed last year as well with no problems.

The staff were all very helpful and courteous. They were attentive and provided an excellent customer service. The double room we stayed in was a very good size and soundproof, which we were very impressed by considering it was a weekend and there were a lot of people there, but we didn't hear a sound. The hotel is excellent, great facilities and somewhere I'd recommend anyone I know to stay. The room service food was simply awful . Menu was rubbish and very overpriced, I mean £15 for a plate of spaghetti and meatballs, come on !!!

Noise from outside and from residents internally walking up and down corridors knocking doors during the night. (Parties on the weekend). I cannot comment what it is like during the week. Car Park is limited in size, we could not get a parking space on the first night (arrived 8.30pm). Car Park is not secure and subject to increased criminal activity. Several cars where damaged/broken into overnight.

Very nice front desk staff, especially the overnight front desk staff and security, the night manager and her staff redeemed the hotel in our eyes, without their professional and prompt service we would never reutrn. But thanks to there wonderful efforts we will. A special thanks to the the female night manager and her husband who even gave us a ride to the train station the following morning in the own personal car, what class! Also to Henry "Brooklyn" one of the over night desk staff, I have spent over 150 room nights in over 90 hotels worldwide in 2011, Henry has been the best trained and most professional hotel employee that I gave encounter. His professional courtesy is a mirror image of his supervisor the overnight manager!!! Mychal Jefferson The wait and bar staff were terrible, I and my business partner had to wait over 20 minutes for service, then after going to the bar and asking the bartender Kathryn and also after speaking to the manager on duty, who both promised to send someone over. We were the ignored for another 15 minutes! My business partner stormed out of the bar and refused to eat or speak to anyone regards food or anything else at the hotel and wanted to check out and go to another hotel! This was very unprofessional! No one on the wait/ bar staff ever apologized and the evening front desk manager was left holding the bag with the mess, she tried but my business partner never got over the very rude and insulting affair.

Very helpful staff, good quality fittings in room, good bathroom and easy to get to I thought the tv failed to live up to it's surroundings. Much of the Freeview wasn't available and it was an old looking set in a modern room

Unfortunately people in the next room were smoking and this soon overtook our room. Not really the hotel's fault but still not dealt with, no fire alarms that detect this etc!
