The Hotel was clean and modern, would stay again if the staff were a bit more friendly and not rushing you because they were busy.I chose because of the £49 deal but would look elsewhere before booking again. The hotel was quite warm so to air the room while asleep the window was open.. The road noise from the traffic was awful and interupted sleep. The bar was expensive |

Very central 5to10 mins walk to city centre and 30 mins to Elland Road. The draught lager ran out very early on the sat night about 10 o'clock. This may have been just a rare occurence and did not spoil our break. |

The lovely staff, the clean rooms - so spacious and well designed. The location to Leeds City Centre but without the noise from the busy night life. Real value for money. Can't think of anything |

Clean and tidy everywhere, warm, reasonlable priced overnight car-parking and central location. Could do with a quick check-in queue for people already booked as we did wait a long time to get our key card which took about a minute. |

The staff were very efficient, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast choice was very good. We found the location to the city centre was just right and was within walking distance of the train station. |

Friendly staff on reception who were extremely helpful - we arrived late and the man gave us a takeaway menu and was very nice to us. The accommodation was very comfortable and the bar had a relaxed atmosphere. All in all a very pleasant place to stay at a reasonable price. The shower-gel dispenser and soap dispenser - I prefer when hotels provide the little bottles, just personal preference! Also, we asked for a late check-out and the girl on reception was a little uncertain about payment, i.e. she asked us to come down and pay cash but when I explained about putting it on our room she checked it out and was fine. They are only little things though, we had a lovely time in your hotel! |

The beds were very comfy and the car park was convenient I don't think guests staying at the hotel should have to pay to use the car park. You might want to teach the staff how to make a bed as throwing a duvet & pillow on it doesn't class as "made". The reason for not recommending below is because it's a bit too far out of town for shopping with heavy bags. |

I liked the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel, and the modern conveniences in the room, safe, ironing, television, and phones, and nice clean comfortable beds, and good service. The one thing I would have liked is as I have a disability walking,I would have been grateful if someone could have carried my breakfast tray to the table,as it was awkward trying to carry my bag and I walk with a stick, other than that I have no complaints |
