It was convenient well priced and the staff were friendly and efficient.

The staff are always helpful and made sure that I had a room near the lift as I am on crutches at the moment. It is their attention to detail to amke your stay as pleasant as possible. Also parking on site is a big plus.

The food is not always up to standard so the chef's need a kick up the pants as they make a great deal of noise but some of their dishes sound lovely but they are not very well cooked.

Foreign staff in lounge need to be bit more friendly and know difference between bacon and ham! Our non-smoking room smelt of cigarette smoke so had to leave window open

Lots of spacious seating areas with comfy sofas in bar and reception. Friendly staff Very clean and comfortable.

Good location- easy walking distance to City centre. Clean and very comfy beds and nice bedding and pillows. Lots of sofas in reception and bar areas.Very busy and buzzing with hen and stag parties. Great value for money

Clean, contempory, good location knowledgable staff

Room booked for three people yet only 2 cups, 2 glasses & only Enough tea & coffee for 2. Managed to get another cup eventually After having to use glass to make tea But when rooms serviced it was removed along with 2nd glass. Leaving 2 cups & 1 glass This was very annoying & staff should really be able to fathom out What services a room & it's occupants require

I liked the room size and the cleanliness, this was very much valur=e for money.

I called the day previous t arriving to request duble and not twin rooms, I was advised that both rooms which I had booked were both family therefore contained both a double and single bed, however when I arrived I was surprised to find 2 single beds oushed together.

The close proximity to the city centre.

I would have preferred to have the breakfast included.

The hotel was nice and clean, felt very safe. Nice to have a hotel u don't have to check early, rooms was nice and comfortable also clean

The door staff after returning home from a night out in Leeds, we was greeted to a very arrogant man, who wanted to check are names off a list!! He took ages finding are names and when we wanted to wait in side as it was freezing he became angry. I felt this spoilt are stay would not expect this in a hotel, advise to review your policy or train staff about customer service. For this reason would not stay at hotel again.

Bewleys was reccommended to my by a colegue. The staff were extremely friendly, and nothing was too much for them. As a sole, female traveller, I was treated with respect. When being seated in the Dining area, I was given the choice of a private booth or seating next to the fire, within the general massess, but was given with the same individual treatment as any of the larger, business and/or social groups. The room was extremely comfortable, with ample tea and coffee facilities to ensure that I could spend a pleasant evening, without having to limit my desire for refreshment. All timed requests were 'on time'. I would definately favour Bewleys Hotels in the future for all my accomodation needs and would not hesitate to reccommend them.

Spacious room, attractive foyer and bar area, relaxed and informal atmosphere.

I arrived at 10 am for breakfast which was pre-paid, only to be told I was too late. A little disappointing.
