Cleanliness as excellent Breakfast was good Poor attitude of and unhelpful reception staff. Placed in wrong room. Very difficult to gt it changed. Reception wanted to charge me to upgrade. I refused on the basis the error was the theirs. they finally relented and re-roomed me. Got o room access card would not work. Deliberate or not ?????? happened again the next night. Won't use again ever. Very disappointed. Booked in at Premier Inn for visit next week.

Staff helpful friendly and available when needed. Everything clean and functional. Slightly more expensive than anticipated - breakfast and parking extra etc. but acceptable value nonetheless.

it was suitable for our purposes the room appeared to have not been quite "finished off", e.g. there were towels but there could have been more.

Good value for money, compared with other 3 star Leeds hotels. Reception staff very helpful in moving my room to a less noisy area during enevitable hen and stag nights! Good value breakfasts. No complaints at all!

The facilities were excellent, very clean and very plush. The bar and restaurant were superb. Having to take a taxi ride every time I wanted to go out somewhere.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the location is very good just a few minutes walk from the city centre overall cost was excellent value for money I would stay again in the future

Reasonable cost and food & beverage were fine Starting to look a little tired here and there Slightly away from th ecity centre where I normally stay as the canal restricts access a bit so you have to go a longer way around for some locations. The TV didnt work (ancient by the way) but couldnt be bothered to report it. Car park can be expensive but a cheaper alterantive is across the road

The foyer and bar area very inviting. Room quite spacious and comfortable. Small thing.Biscuits would be nice with tea/coffee facilities but certainly didn't detract.
