The room presentation and the comfort of the bed, with appropriate facilities such as tea making easily available. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and helpful |

the comfort of the room. seating area in bar area. price of hotel is very reasonable compared to raddisson which we have stayed on numerous occasions. |

I use Bewley's prior to early flights to the USA. It is comfortable, clean, well-priced and there is an excellent dinner menu, served by pleasant, cheerful staff. |

Great location for terminal 3 at manchester airport, wonderful staff that got and made up my baby cot could do enough for us!! Evening reception staff great! The wake up call I ordered never happened??? Good job I had a back up alarm on my mobile phone or my flight would have been missed!!!!!!!! Morning reception staff didnt care when I mentioned it ?!?! |

The breakfast was superb and good value for money. The bar food menu was limited. The only internet terminal was out of order. |

Check in and check out was quick. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Having complementary tea and coffee facility is great. There was no soap at the sink in the bathroom, so we used soap from the shower. |

Yes my daughter found sweet papers stuffed down between head of bed and wall/headboard could have been serious if she had nut allergy as it content was nut based |

really good hotel, very nice comfortable bed,quiet, good food and staff were happy to put xfactor on tv in the bar . very good free transfer to airport 3 minutes. good freee wifi access. |

The hotel room was very nice Yes - Channel 3 did not work - think others compained too (no x factor!), then BBC 1 stopped working (no Strickly!). The staff were very slow to answer the phone - called reception for 6 mins before anyone answered. Had to call again and got the same slow response. Busy check in - again had to queue for 10mins - not enough furniture for friend to sit and wait! |
