We enjoyed our stopover, but think that as an airport hotel, the restuarant should stay open longer. We left at 7am the next day and couldnt get breakfast! Other than that Bewleys is a good and friendly and comfortable hotel. |

Room was clean and tidy, fair price Air Conditioning insufficient, poor service in restaurant, not enough staff for size of hotel, maid knocked too quietly then entered room without giving me a chance to answer, not enough coffee in room, not enough coffee given when I asked for more |

Nothing! It was hot with no climate control,it had plastic sheets on the bed,the bed was old mattrtess had no support so in all very bad value for money ! |

The aircraft was in close proximaty to Manchester airport and the rooms were of a high standard. The traffic noise throughout the night gave little opportunity for sleep and the staff in the bar were very inattentive, did not appear interested and had a poor command of english resulting in wrong food orders being delivered. |

Convenience to airport - efficiency of hotel - cleanliness - restaurant good very warm when we stayed - 30/6/09 - air conditioned? Need co-ordination between front desk and shuttle service - we had reservation but too many people for 8 seater bus. |

we were leaving for the airport the next day, very convenient, shuttle buses very efficient , we also used a taxi which was organised by your staff & they were excellent. the food was good too in the bar & the main restaurant. A very enjoyable stay , we will be bak. |

services and staff very good , excellent reception staff no resident bar after 11.00, rest for a full dinner not opened until 6.00pm . this airport hotel is used at for its covariance to the airport , and normal hours are not on the whole appropriate for this type of hotel, you may be arriving in the middle of the day or night and be able to avail of food or drink facilities we flew in for a concert and were looking forward to a dinner before it began , however the restaurant never was not open until 6.00pm, whist there was bar food this was to similar to airport food, after the contest finished we would have liked to relax in the bar , but this was closed on our return at 11.00apm ,… |

proximity to airport I was served a veggie melt with meat in! I also thought that the option for bereakfast was limited - when I chose just to eat 2 pieces of toast I was charged £8.95. Does there have to be a one price fits all structure? |

Ideally located for the Manchester Airport, and at the price you cant got wrong. Food wasn't great, and I had bangers and mash from the restaurant - not difficult to get it right, but was cold, stodgy and the gravy loked like it had been stored in a vat the size of a small swimming pool, slowly congealing since it was last served with a beef roast at kajagoogoo's launch gig. |

Reception staff were excellent- friendly & smiling.Food in the Brasserie was very good.Courtesy bus very efficient, very frequent.Our room was very comfortable.We will stay with you again. Some of the staff in the Brasserie did not speak much English . |

Did 2 over night stays leaving and returning the UK. I had previously phoned the hotel to request a non-smoking room not at the end of the corridor or near a fire escape.. All of which they obligied.... Staff helpfull, especially the driver on the shuttle bus, who helped me with all my luggage... Had a bar meal, good value and enjoyable, |

relaxed and good food we booked to stay and park on return i rang the number given for the bus to pick us up i got no answer after 10 minutes we walked back to the hotel with all our luggage to collect the car but then had to queue another 30 minutes to collect the car keys . felt very let down at the quality of service and feel we would not want to use bewleys again.we do not have a problem with the hotel or food but im sure you would agree this was not acceptable. |

A good hotel as a base prior to early flights. For the price the rooms are fantastic, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Have been twice now and service and style seems consistant. |
