For the money the hotel is excellent, the room and shower were really comfortable and on check in the staff were great. They hadn't prepared our invoice though we'd already arranged it, but still we'd stay there again

Very clean and spacious rooms. Helpfull staff. Window would not close properly in the room we stayed at on return visit. Reported to staff who thanked us for reporting it and said it would be fixed. Bar prices were a bit steep.

Good location to Manchester Airport. Shuttle service was timely. No coffee/tea facility in room. Front desk does not do wake up calls, however, they did provide an alarm clock.

Nice idea putting a courtesy bus on to take you to and from the terminal. Very comfortable hotel. Staff very friendly. There was 2 of us in the room, but we only got 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel. A bit stingy.

Everything...room was super comfortable, staff were great, breakfast fantastic, booking was a breeze and importantly, it was great value for money....staying there was a marvellous experience and I was very impressed. Mmmm.....cannot think of one thing actually

Very modern clean rooms at very good keen prices so near to the airport. Food was very nice although by my own choice I didn't eat in the restaurant area. Bar staff in the very early evening (6 ish when it was very quiet) couldn't cope with half of a dozen or so customers? There seemed to be too many staff collecting and washing glasses and hardly anyone serving? There then was a discussion between 2 male bar staff (possibly one was a supervisor) as to stop washing glasses and help with the serving. The Bar staff member concerned then continued to collect and wash glasses? How the staff would cope when it was busy?

Close to airport ,food ok room nice and clean. Couldn't sleep the bed to uncomfortable ,noise from trains ,all it needs is a mattress topper,and extra double glazing .it would be perfect then.
