Lack of parking spaces
Very good location, rooms excellent,
All the extras being added to the bill, especially the presumption we would like to make a donation to the Princes Trust without being asked???
Unfortunately we were the last people in the bar and accidentally left a mobile phone on the table..... In the morning it was gone... Our fault we know, but I would have hoped the bar staff would have checked the tables before they closed
as allways very comfortable
staff this time ok but just not as effiecent as normal at check in also served the wrong meal in the restaurant. very unusual for this hotel i am sure it was a one off
The rooms are fabulous!
Nothing all was fab!
Big room and large double beds. Very comfortable. Food excellent.
The hotel is mine n my husbands favourite place to stay, we don't live far and we come to relax and enjoy the room n room service available n also on family or special times to share over the years, deeply unhappy about this experience this time but I will continue to stay still for many years more becouse of the friendly staff n warm welcoming room,
Not being told at all about power cut or that everythink was out of order, a manger checked us in that eve wiv my disabled mother so should of been made aware even more becouse of the scareyness she experienced waking up dark n nothink working n stuck no lift or help then rude reception to another staff then key not working n carnt get manual lot for names to be looked up and let in my room & Mix up over parking charge not put on bill only seen after so emailed (waiting on reply now) and had no refund for room again emailed and the manager Keith is looking in to it now
Very comfortable soft bed and pillows. good room size and in very good decorative order.
Price is OK
Wifi in house should be free.
overall service very good
loud music played in the bar made having a normal coversation difficult
Staff very friendly and accommodating. Comfortable bed. A good size room.
Excellent stay hindered slightly by the loud music from a hotel function on my first evening.

Nice bedroom-loved the pool
Everything. The room was great, bed really comfortable. Everything was clean. Plenty of large towels, and plump pillows. Pool facilities good, clean towels.
Scrambled egg it was COLD
Room clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet hot. Staff helpful and polite.
Limited restaurant menu and limited draft beers available. Food expensive. WiFi £6 per hour! Piped music in restaurant and bar dreadful and too loud.
Liked the area and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They were fully booked but still did their best to check us in early.
I requested for early check-in in my booking and also called the hotel and was informed that we could check in early. However, on the day we waited 3hours to check in and had to sleep in the lobby
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Needs a bit of attention - very dated decor and poor soundproofing
I had a very good time, the place was very clean, staff polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a family or friends.
Nothing to add.
Nothing is special about this hotel. It seems properly maintained, rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The bathroom are also maintained, although not sparkling clean. The location is convient for this part of London.
The doors are not soundproof. Loud guest passing in the corridor can easily wake you up at night. The staff at the reception lacks training (my credit card was charged about three times the normal pre-authorised amount). We didn't take the breakfast time because we found it overpriced the previous times, without talking about the coffee which is just undrinkable, even when served an expresso. Access to WiFi in the rooms is overpriced (15 quids per day), which I found absolutely unacceptable, given the relatively expensive place this is for its category.
There was a hum resonating all through the night in the bedroom.
As soon as we entered we were dealt with in a really friendly manner, room was comfortable, although pillows were a bit hard, we got a good nights sleep and breakfast was really good and the staff in the restaurant were very professional and friendly would definitely stay again when I am visiting relatives, and will also now look at other Marriott Hotels at other locations in the hope that the standard is as good at the Bexleyheath Marriott
No tea/coffee or water in the room
Clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
Expensive food and drink.
