Great staff. Efficient & friendly
always a comfortable stay, good facilities with attentive staff. Restaurant good quality food
Was given the option of changing rooms or have extra blankets and a electric radiator as heating not working very well. We also got a price reduction for that nights inconveniences. Excellent room service and food also plenty of tea coffee and sugar plus a fridge in the room.
Having to pay for parking and no free WFI in all areas. Not being told that they was some stairs to get to room and no offer of help with our luggage.
the bathroom let It down need a re fit as was old and out dated, the fittings and old cracked bath side panel was off putting.
Of its type this was a very good hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel facilities exactly as you would expect, with staff that lift it above the norm.
Wi fi is patchy at its best and non existent at its worst.
Very friendly and very clean
Staff were very pleasant. the facilities were good.
My husband and I did not really like sleeping twin beds, and they were too small to share.
Good sized pool. All the staff were very pleasant. Good sized room with two comfortable chairs. Dinner in restaurant good value. Although near a busy road the room was well sound proofed.
The lighting in the room was poor. Unable to access free WiFi and in a hotel of this standard I would expect free WiFi everywhere.
The children liked the swimming pool.
The fact that restaurant staff were asking certain guests to go and eat in the bar.
Helpful & polite Staff Spacious bedroom Free soft drink by reception
No internet access in bedroom
I told the staff that I parked in the entrance road to the car park then got a fine for £100.00 two weeks later
Staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Room was lovely.
Difficult to get to if coming by train. No cabs so a passer-by showed me to a bus stop. Then a 10-minute walk from Bexleyheath bus garage. Suggestion: pre-book a cab to meet you from the train!
Having stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years I have always found it comfortable and the staff friendly.
The hotel id now showing its age and in several areas looking "tired' especially the en suite bathrooms. Also, there is no free wifi in the rooms which you would expect in a hotel of this calibre. The charges for the wifi are, to say the least, excessive.
Good room size
steam room, spa pool, swimming pool
far from central London
Everything was as expected in a Marriott hotel; a plus for the staff, very kind and ready to help - they gave us access to the room as soon as we arrived (around 12:00)
The reduced pool's opening hours; the free WiFi only in lobby and restaurant (should be in yhe room too!)
beds are nice and big lovely pool
had to pay 5 pound a day for parking also they wanted 16.50 each for breakfast which is far to dear
everything except. ....see below
were planning to relax in jacuzzi but......it was shut at 8.30pm for cleaning (although we could stay there till 10.30pm) and been told by a member of staff that we could catch diseases if will go in it!???!!!??? What about people who just come out of that jacuzzi??? Not very pleasant experience.
The Receptionist was very friendly as we're all the other staff we interacted with. They genuinely seemed to care if we were enjoying our stay.
Room was tired. Taps were loose.
The £1 on the bill for charity, one should be left to decide themselves who to give to and give a charity thats not named is not on.
