The double bed was very comfortable, maybe a little to much, good size and clean room and the free gym and swimming area usage was a very nice surprise

I think the hotel decor could do with a facelift, little bit old looking

Car parking was good, room comfortable, breakfast excellent. WIFI free in the lobby and bar.

Staff were helpful and polite. The room was nice and large and the bed was comfortable.

Having to pay for parking when staying over night at the hotel, if the Marriott need the money then put it on the price of the room. Unable to park late at night because there wasn't the space and having to pay for parking at the council run car park, which was partially sealed off due to a police investigation. My husband is disabled and so I had to walk through the multi storey car park on my own late at night. Totally unsatisfactory!

Loads of great staff and their attention to detail. Big rooms with two huge beds, quality tv, fantastic pool and a good restaurant.

Having to pay for parking at a hotel is unacceptable and completely against the ethos of putting the customer first. Stop it!

Car parking is in a public car park and costs £4 a day. Internet access is £15 a day in your room,disgusting price. On arrival I was told the restaurant was open until 22:00hrs,when I went down for dinner at 21:00 hrs I was told the restaurant was closed as it wasn't busy,no way to run a hotel.

Just a slight plumbing problem in Room 212 when the toilet refused to flush,But reported to desk on leaving.

Nice and hospitable staff in reception and at breakfast. Comfortable and quiet room, perfect for a good relaxation after a long travel or working day.

Poor access from car park (set-down area at front of hotel was full on arrival,so had to park some distance away. Many steps to reception!) In room, no coat hooks near door, curtains let in light. In bathroom no toilet brush.
